<div> 治療乳腺纖維腺瘤首先要進行辨證論治，即根據患者不同的癥狀表現，施以不同的處方用藥，從根本上調整患者的臟腑功能，同時給予一些消塊散結的中藥，以達標本同治的目的，臨床常可取得一定的療效。<br />
肝氣郁結型：一般腫塊較小，發展緩慢，不紅不熱，不痛，推之可移。可有乳房不適，胸悶嘆息。苔薄白，脈弦。治以疏肝解郁，消塊散結為法，方用逍遙散加減，藥用柴胡9g，當歸12g，赤芍12g，全瓜蔞15g，半夏15g，郁金12g，香附9g，石見穿30g，貝母15g，昆布30g。 </div>
<div> 血瘀痰凝型：一般腫塊較大，堅實木硬，重墜不適。胸脅牽痛，煩悶急燥，或有月經不調，痛經等癥。舌暗紅，苔薄膩，脈弦細。治以疏肝活血，化痰散結為法，方用逍遙散合桃紅四物湯加減，藥用桃仁9g，紅花9g，當歸12g，赤芍12g，莪術30g，穿山甲12g，昆布30g，生龍牡各30g，石見穿30g，八月札30g，柴胡6g，茯苓12g。</div>
<div> 在服用湯藥期間，應注意飲食宜忌，不要食生冷、油膩、腥發及刺激性食物；注意經期停服；發生感冒等感染性疾患時停服。如果服用一段時間中藥后，腺瘤不僅沒有縮小，而且繼續增大，且增長比較迅速，則宜停止中藥治療，而及時予以手術。 </div>
<div> 除了辨證論治之外，還有一些常用的中成藥，如小金丹、小金片等，以及各醫院根據單方驗方自制的院內制劑，均可在醫生的指導下服用，并定期復查。 </div>
<div> 此外，外治療法對于乳腺纖維腺瘤亦可起到一定的作用，如陽和解凝膏摻黑退消外貼患處，或用一些活血化瘀、化痰散結的中藥蛋青或酒調后外敷患處，均可有一定的臨床療效。但需說明的是，中藥外治法一定要在醫生指導下使用，千萬不要聽說某一種外用藥有效，便自行試用，特別是有些藥物可能具有一定的腐蝕性和毒性，自行外用后不僅不能治病，反而會添新病，引起局部皮膚潰爛，所以，一定不可擅用。 </div>
