流密碼RC4的加密和解密
1、能夠?qū)ψ执M行加密；
2、可以自動生成加密密鑰和解密密鑰對；
3、能夠顯示給定密鑰下明文加密后的密文；
4、能夠用相應(yīng)解密密鑰正確解密密文，顯示結(jié)果，并與原明文進行比對。
