Satellite visibiliti using YUMA almanacs.

YUMA almanacs for the given time must be 
downloaded manually from the USCG NavCen
and placed in the YUMA\Year subdirectory.

Note that the MATLAB codes expect the file to
be names "yumaxxx.txt" where xxx is the GPS
week number.  The NavCen names the almanacs
consecutively within a given year so you will
need to rename a downloaded almanac with the
appropriate week number.

The top-level MATLAB function is run_vis.m, 
see its header for input/output.

For plotting data on a skymap, use plot_azel.m
