Here is the code this code I have tested on the strng arm board we 
have here.

Please note this is the difference.

1.PDD is completely different (from CEPC) to support the physical layer memory management.
  It should be carefully examined as this will be different for the different  board.

2.MDD is enabled with the PLAT_STRONGARM this modifies UsbDriverThread this checks 
  the interrupt reservice. Another  thing is  to adds some delay this is our SA 
  evalboard specific  this can be removed (by checkeng the read/write cycle of the eval 
  boards)

3. We had set the interrupt for the SA board as edge triggered  CEPC takes it level 
   triggered.
