以C8051F020為核心處理器,設(shè)計(jì)無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用SZ05-ADV型無(wú)線通訊模塊組建Zigbee無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò),結(jié)合嵌入式系統(tǒng)的軟硬件技術(shù),完成終端節(jié)點(diǎn)的8路傳感器信號(hào)的數(shù)據(jù)采集。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)8路信號(hào)通過(guò)前端處理后,分別送入C8051F020的12位A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換。經(jīng)過(guò)精確處理、存儲(chǔ)后的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)Zigbee無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳送到上位機(jī),系統(tǒng)可達(dá)到汽車(chē)試驗(yàn)中無(wú)線測(cè)試的目的。
Abstract:
This paper designs a wireless sensor network system for data acquisition with C8051F020 as core processors.The system used SZ05-ADV wireless communication module,set up a Zigbee wireless network, combined with hardware and software technologies of embedded systems,completed the end-node 8-locale sensor signal data acquisition.Eight locale signals were sent separately into the 12-bit ADC of C8051F020 for conversion through front treatment.After accurate processing and storage,the locale data was transmitted to the host computer through Zigbee wireless.The system achieves the purpose of wireless testing in vehicle trial.
首先研究CAN總線和SAE J1939協(xié)議,提出一種基于MC9S12HZ256微控制器的總線式汽車(chē)數(shù)字儀表解決方案。詳細(xì)介紹SAE J1939協(xié)議的報(bào)文幀格式及應(yīng)用層協(xié)議中發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)相關(guān)參數(shù)的定義,以及步進(jìn)電機(jī)及其驅(qū)動(dòng)和車(chē)速信號(hào)的處理方法。該數(shù)字儀表系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái)由微處理器和信號(hào)采集和信息處理及顯示等模塊組成。軟件設(shè)計(jì)部分編程實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)CAN總線和各傳感器數(shù)據(jù)的讀取、處理。該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崟r(shí)反映車(chē)輛工況。
Abstract:
In this paper,CAN bus and SAE J1939protocol are researched,and a vehicle digital instrument solution based on MC9S12HZ256MCU is proposed.The message frame format and some engine-related parameters’definition in SAE J1939application layer protocol are introduced in detail.Stepper motor and its driver,the methods of speed signal process-ing are also introduced.The hardware platform of vehicle digital instrument is composed by MCU,signal acquisition mod-ule,and signal processing and displaying module.Data receiving and processing from CAN bus and sensors are accom-plished by programming,and vehicle condition can be reflected in real-time.
針對(duì)目前汽車(chē)追尾事件頻發(fā)問(wèn)題,提出一種防汽車(chē)車(chē)前和車(chē)后追尾的安全裝置設(shè)計(jì)。該設(shè)計(jì)以高性能、低功耗的8位AVR微處理器ATmega8L為核心,結(jié)合霍爾式車(chē)速傳感器、激光雷達(dá)測(cè)距裝置和MMA7260QT加速度傳感器,能夠兼顧車(chē)前和車(chē)后,摒棄以往設(shè)計(jì)中只考慮車(chē)前或車(chē)后單一性缺點(diǎn),尤其適用于高速、夜晚或新手行車(chē)。
Abstract:
Aiming at the high frequency of vehicle rear-end collision,a safe device design of anti-vehicle rear-end collision is presented.In the design,the high-performance,low-power8-bit AVR microprocessor ATmega8L is utilized as a core combined with Hall-type speed sensor,laser-radar ranging devices and the acceleration sensor MMA7260QT.The design considers both the front and back of a car,and overcomes the drawbacks of former designs in which only the front or the back of the car is considered,so it is especially suitable for high-speed,night or the beginner’s driving.

A dashboard system is developed by using CDC3207G microcontroller made by Micronas.The hardware of the sys-tem and the realization of the step motor module,audio module,LCD display and LED indicator and alarm module are ex-plained in detail.The μC/OS-II real-time operating system is used for the software development and the starting code design and the task planning is explained specifically.
在汽車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)起動(dòng)時(shí),若發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)起動(dòng)后起動(dòng)機(jī)不能及時(shí)斷電,將會(huì)燒毀起動(dòng)機(jī)或損壞飛輪齒環(huán);若變速器不在空檔位置起動(dòng),則起動(dòng)機(jī)的瞬間動(dòng)力將使汽車(chē)位移,還可能引起交通事故和人身安全。為此介紹一種利用NXP P89LPC901單片機(jī)控制的汽車(chē)起動(dòng)保護(hù)控制器,通過(guò)檢測(cè)汽車(chē)起動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)、變速箱檔位、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)汽車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)起動(dòng)過(guò)程檢測(cè)和保護(hù)。起動(dòng)保護(hù)控制器在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)起動(dòng)過(guò)程中通過(guò)采用逐個(gè)關(guān)閉打開(kāi)負(fù)載系統(tǒng),解決汽車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)過(guò)程中因起動(dòng)電流大而對(duì)汽車(chē)電源的沖擊影響,延長(zhǎng)了電瓶壽命。
Abstract:
When the automotive engine is started, the engine start motor and flywheel gear may be damaged, even traffic accidents and personal safeties may be caused by wrong operation or other factors.In order to ensure the automotive engine can be started normally and safely,it is necessary that the protecting measures and methods are considered in the automotive electrical control system.This paper introduces a kind of the automotive engine starting protect controller based on NXP P89LPC901 MCU.The controller can protect the engine starting process by detecting the starter key switch,transmission stall and engine speed.Through the use of close and open load system,the controller can solve the impact on automotive power because of the high-current load in the process of the automobile engine starting, and extend battery life.

This paper presents a multipurpose automotive rear windows controller for CHANGCHENG SAFE SUV.The controller can control rear power-operated window,rear wiping,washing water pump and rear defroster of the windows. In this paper, it is introduced in detail that the functions and the design of the circuit and program of the controller based on NXP P89LPC922 MCU.
