  • 基于PIC16LF874單片機的電容測量模塊

    為提高電容測量精度,針對電容式傳感器的工作原理設計了基于PIC16LF874單片機電容測量模塊。簡單闡述了電容測量電路的應用背景和國內外研究現狀,介紹了美國Microchip公司PIC16LF874單片機的特性。電容式傳感器輸出的動態微弱電容信號通過PS021型電容數字轉換器把模擬量數據轉換成數字量數據,所測數據由PIC16LF874單片機應用程序進行處理、顯示和保存。實驗結果表明,固定電容標稱值為10~20 pF 的測量值相對誤差在1%以內,同時也可知被測電容容值越大,測量值和標稱值相對誤差越小。 Abstract:  To improve the accuracy of capacitance measurement,aimed at the principle of work of mercury capacitance acceleration transducer,the design of micro capacitance measurement circuit is based on the key PIC16LF874 chip. Briefly discusses the application of the capacitance measuring circuit for the background and status of foreign researchers,focusing on the United States PIC16LF874 microcontroller features. Capacitive sensor outputed signal through the dynamics of weak PS021-chip capacitors (capacitancedigital converter) to convert ANalog data into digital data,the measured data from the PIC16LF874 microcontroller application process, display and preservation. Experimental results show that the fixed capacitor 10pF ~ 20pF nominal value of the measured value of relative error is within 1%,but also it canbe seen the value of the measured capacitance larger,measuring value and the nominal value of relative error smaller.

  • 基于ADuC841的膜片鉗放大器系統設計

    為降低成本和解決現有膜片鉗放大器系統中PC機的干擾問題,研究了一種基于單片機的膜片鉗放大器小系統。該系統采用ADI公司生產的ADuC841作為控制核心,并且配置相應的液晶顯示模塊LCM3202401。模擬電路部分采用高輸入阻抗的AD8627實現微電流信號的采集,并由后級電路進行信號的放大和電阻電容的補償。它具有硬件電路簡單、體積小、使用方便的特點。既可以單獨作為小系統實現采集和顯示,也可以通過紅外方式和PC機進行通訊,在PC機上進行信號的處理。 Abstract:  In order to reduce cost and resolve the interferential problem with PC in existing patch clamp amplifiers, a small patch clamp amplifier system design based on microcontroller is studied. It adopts a new high performance microconverter ADuC841 by the ADI as the control core in the system, configuring a liquid crystal module LCM3202401. In the ANalog circuit, AD8627 with high input impedance is used to detect the low current,signal magnification, as well as resistance and capacitance compensation are accomplished by subsequent circuits. It has the advantage of simple hardware circuit design, small volume and convenient operation. It can either be used as an independent system to measure and show signal detected or transmit to PC by infrared ray.

    基于單DSP的VoIP模擬電話適配器研究與實現:提出和實現了一種新穎的基于單個通用數字信號處理器(DSP)的VoIP模擬電話適配器方案。DSP的I/O和存儲資源非常有限,通常適于運算密集型應用,不適宜控制密集型應用[5]。該系統高效利用單DSP的I/O和片內外存儲器資源,采用μC/OS-II嵌入式實時操作系統,支持SIP和TCP-UDP/IP協議,通過LAN或者寬帶接入,使普通電話機成為Internet終端,實現IP電話。該系統軟硬件結構緊湊高效,運行穩定,成本低,具有廣闊的應用前景。關鍵詞:模擬電話適配器;IP電話;數字信號處理器;μC/OS-II 【Abstract】This paper presents a VoIP ATA solution based on a single digital signal processor (DSP). DSPs are suitable for arithmetic-intensiveapplication and unsuitable for control-intensive application because of the limitation of I/O and memory resources. This solution is based on a 16-bitfixed-point DSP and μC/OS-II embedded real-time operating system. It makes good use of the limited resources, supports SIP and TCP-UDP/IPprotocol. It can connect the ANalog telephone to Internet and realize the VoIP application.   • DA與AD轉換

    計算機應用中,有時需處理的信息不是數字量,而是一些隨時間連續變化的模擬量,甚至是一些非電量,如溫度、壓力、速度等。模擬量的存儲處理困難。首先將非電的模擬信號變成與之對應的模擬電信號,這要通過各種傳感器來完成。計算機可處理的信息均是數字量(電脈沖信號)1和0,必須把要處理的模擬電量轉換成數字化的電信號,這需要模擬(ANalog)與數字(Digital)轉換電路。數字到模擬轉換:(Digital to ANalog Convert, D/A) D/A轉換電路是模擬電路加上電子開關。D/A轉換電路的核心是一個運算放大器。運算放大器的特性:(Operation Amplifier)    K->無窮大, V和->0  傳遞函數:V0 = -Vi * R0/Ri    Ii->0,  I和=If梯形R-2R電阻網絡D/A轉換器Ki受一個8位二進制代碼控制   某位為1,對應開關K倒向右邊;   某位為0,對應開關K倒向左邊。Ki不論倒向哪邊,均為接地VA-VH 的電位為:     VREF,1/2VREF,..1/128VREFVO= -VREF *(1/2K7+1/4K6+…+1/256K0)V0= -(0-255/256)VREF 8位D/A轉換器DAC0830系列器件國家半導體公司(NS)產品,0830、0831、0832。R-2R梯形電阻網絡D/A轉換器,雙緩沖結構。單電源、低功耗、電流建立時間1uS。與微計算機接口方便。8位D/A轉換器DAC0830系列器件ILE:        輸入鎖存允許;  WR1#:       加載IN REG;  WR2#:        加載DAC REG;    XFER#:       IN REG傳到DAC REG;  Iout1,Iout2: 外接OA輸入;  Rfb:         反饋電阻接OA輸出;  VREF:        參考電源,控制輸出電壓變化范圍。
