The Spectral Toolkit is a C++ spectral transform library written by Rodney James and Chuck Panaccione while at the National Center for Atmospheric Research between 2002 and 2005. The library contains a functional subset of FFTPACK and SPHEREPACK, including real and complex FFTs in 1-3 dimensions, and a spherical harmonic transform. Multithreading is supported through POSIX threads for the multidimensional transforms. This reference guide provides details of the public interface as well as the internal implementation of the library.
* DEFINITION
* This is the header file for a library module used to calculate the median
* of a list of values. It finds the value that would be in the Center if
* the list were sorted. If the list contains an even number of values, the
* lower of the two Center values is reported. The values themselves are not
* sorted or modified in any way. This algorithm can be used as a filtering
* tool for rejecting noisy data.
On Sunday, April 27, 2003, Fresno will celebrate Earth Day in downtown Fresno at Courthouse Park. The event will begin at noon.
This year we will include music, speakers, and vendors, plus activities for children.
Fresno Earth Day is recognized as the only Earth Day festival that happens in Fresno, and the largest in the Central Valley.
The Fresno Earth Day Committee is a small group of environmental activists hoping to broaden the appeal of a better planet and environment. We are a non-profit organization whose fiscal fiduciary is the Fresno Center for Nonviolence.
