本設(shè)計(jì)采用一種MC34063芯片的DC-DC電源變換控制器作為開關(guān)穩(wěn)壓電源的控制核心, 實(shí)現(xiàn)了其輸入電壓為交流220V±20％，輸出電壓為直流30V～36V的可調(diào)范圍，最大電流2A，電壓調(diào)整率、負(fù)載調(diào)整率達(dá)到要求等功能。其中DC-DC電源變換控制器提供的直流輸出不僅與供電電源共地,而且有兩組與供電電源隔離.

在航天等空間產(chǎn)品中使用的分布式供電系統(tǒng)中，總體電路一般只提供27~30 V的直流一次電源，各單機(jī)產(chǎn)品大多采用DC/DC模塊將該一次電源轉(zhuǎn)換為所需的二次電源，并實(shí)現(xiàn)一次地與二次地的隔離。分析了INTERPOINT公司的DC/DC模塊的輸入端反接后，輸入電壓對(duì)DC/DC模塊、電源保護(hù)濾波電路及負(fù)載的影響，通過仿真與驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn)，得出電源模塊輸入端反接后單機(jī)產(chǎn)品中電源保護(hù)電路發(fā)生作用，對(duì)產(chǎn)品中負(fù)載無影響，可以繼續(xù)使用。電源模塊失效分析對(duì)航天產(chǎn)品中電源模塊中出現(xiàn)類似的故障后的處理提供了參考。

DC/DC 升壓IC：The FP6291 is a current mode boost DC-DC converter. Its PWM circuitry with built-in 0.25 Ω power MOSFET make this regulator highly power efficient. The internal compensation network also minimizes as much as 6 external component counts. The non-inverting input of error amplifier connects to a 0.6V precision reference voltage and internal soft-start function can reduce the inrush current. The FP6291 is available in the SOT23-6L package and provides space-saving PCB for the application fields.

Automobile electronic systems place high demands ontoday’s DC/DC converters. They must be able to preciselyregulate an output voltage in the face of wide temperatureand input voltage ranges—including load dump transientsin excess of 60V and cold crank voltage drops to 4V.
