fdd-lte，長期演進技術（英語：LTE，LongTermEvolution）是電信中用于手機及數據終端的高速無線通訊標準，為高速下行分組接入（HSDPA）過渡到4G的版本，俗稱為3.9G。該標準基于舊有的GSM/EDGE和UMTS/HSPA網絡技術，并使用調制技術提升網絡容量及速度。長期演進技術該標準由3GPP（第三代合作伙伴計劃）于2008年第四季度于Release8版本中首次提出，并在Release9版本中進行少許改良。
