  • 基于MS5534B的微功耗氣壓數(shù)據(jù)采集

    氣壓是氣象監(jiān)測(cè)中的一個(gè)重要參數(shù),提出了一種氣壓數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊設(shè)計(jì)方案,該模塊采用數(shù)字氣壓傳感器MS5534B、MSP430單片機(jī)MSP430F2272和帶實(shí)時(shí)時(shí)鐘(RTC)64 KB鐵電存儲(chǔ)器。通過低功耗軟件設(shè)計(jì)方法以微安級(jí)整體平均功耗實(shí)現(xiàn)了氣壓數(shù)據(jù)的采集和存儲(chǔ),適合電池供電的連續(xù)高精度氣壓采集應(yīng)用。給出了模塊的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)以及MS5534B的性能指標(biāo)和使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 Abstract:  Air pressure is an important parameter in weather monitor.This paper futs forward a new design scheme of low power-air pressure data acquisition module.The module uses a digital output barometer sensor MS5534B,MSP430 microcontroller MSP430F2272 and integrated RTC 64KB FRAM,precision air pressure measurement and storage chip.Another point of this module is low power consumption, so it is well suited for battery powered air pressure data acquisition applications. At the same time,the software and hardware deign of module is presented,And the speciaties and use notices of MS5534B are given.

    針對(duì)目前采用的熱敏電阻測(cè)量方法,提出了采用單總線數(shù)字式溫度傳感器DS18B20和單片機(jī)組成的新型溫度測(cè)量?jī)x。介紹DS18B20的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,以及單總線工作原理,給出了由Mega8單片機(jī)和DS18B20構(gòu)成的單總線溫度測(cè)量?jī)x的硬件電路及軟件流程圖。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)基于單總線器件DS18B20的溫度測(cè)量?jī)x,具有測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確、測(cè)溫范圍寬、體積小、控制方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 Abstract:  This paper brings forward a new temperature meter composed of 1-Wire temperature sensor DS18B20 and MCU which has advantage of the thermistor. In the article, the DS18B20's structure and controlling principles are introduced and hardware circuit and software diagram of the temperature meter are given.After been tested,the temperature meter has the advantages of accurate measurement, wide temperature range, small volume and convenient controlling.

    介紹了基于單片機(jī)航空交流電參數(shù)測(cè)試儀的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。以Silicon Labs公司的C8051F005單片機(jī)為核心設(shè)計(jì)出數(shù)據(jù)采集板,通過RS-232串口與上位機(jī)通訊。運(yùn)用Lab Windows/CVI編寫的上位機(jī)軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)信號(hào)的檢測(cè)以及波形和數(shù)據(jù)的顯示,給出了測(cè)試儀硬件電路的組成和軟件流程圖。本系統(tǒng)具有硬件結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、容易實(shí)現(xiàn)和成本低等特點(diǎn),在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中其穩(wěn)定性、精確性均能滿足客戶要求。 Abstract:  The design of aeronautics AC parameters tester based on the single-chip is introduced.The core component of data acquisition board is C8051F005 single chip of Silicon Labs Company,and communication with PC through RS-232. The signal processing software programmed with LabWindows/CVI can be used successfully to fulfill inspection of signal and display of the waveform and data. The hardware and software configuration of test instrument are provided.The hardware of the system is simple, and can be easily realized.The stability and precision of the measurement instrument are enough to meet the requirements.

    多遠(yuǎn)程二極管溫度傳感器-Design Considerations for pc thermal management Multiple RDTS (remote diode temperature sensing) provides the most accurate method of sensing an IC’s junction temperature. It overcomes thermal gradient and placement issues encountered when trying to place external sensors. PCB component count decreases when using a device that provides multiple inputs.Better temperature sensing improves product performance and reliability. Disk drive data integrity suffers at elevated temperatures. IBM published an article stating that a 5°C rise in operating temperature causes a 15% increase in the drive’s failure rate. The overall performance of a system can be improved by providing a more accurate temperature measurement of the most critical devices allowing them to run just a few degrees hotter.The LM83 directly senses its own temperature and the temperature of three external PN junctions. One is dedicated to the CPU of choice, the other two go to other parts of your system that need thermal monitoring such as the disk drive or graphics chip. The SMBus-compatible LM83 supports SMBus timeout and logic levels. The LM83 has two interrupt outputs; one for user-programmable limits and WATCHDOG capability (INT), the other is a Critical Temperature Alarm output (T_CRIT_A) for system power supply shutdown.
