      針對科研實驗中對拉壓千斤頂加載過程控制的需要,采用ATmega128單片機控制步進電機進而實現對執行系統的電動泵站實行自動控制。對力和位移的數據采集與處理及用步進電機控制電動泵站手柄的技術細節作了重點描述。通過單片機的A/D變換器對AMP放大模塊采集的電橋信號作量化處理,千斤頂的操控手柄位置依電動油泵閥門開啟的方向和大小作若干定位,單片機根據力或位移傳感器信號,實時控制步進電機驅動手柄旋轉到相應操控位置。   Abstract:   This article describes the use of ATmega128 AVR microcontroller series of DBS electric pumping stations and QF100/200 separate twoway hydraulic jack to automate the Process of manipulating the work of the technical content. Articles on force and displacement data acquisition and Processing, and stepper motor control electric pump with the handle of the key technical details were described.   • 通用1553B總線的信息監控系統

    在航電系統維護過程中,為解決定位故障的效率和降低維修成本等問題,提出了基于ICD(Interface Control Document,接口控制文件)的1553B總線的信息監控系統模型。該系統運用數據采集卡對總線中傳輸的信號有無失真、偏差等電氣特性進行檢測,并使用1553B通訊卡通過測控軟件LabWindows/CVI編程與ICD數據庫的動態鏈接,實現總線信息的解析和故障的判斷。與傳統的維護過程相比,這種模型能夠從信號的電氣特性以及信息的解析等全方位的去檢測判斷故障的來源,并且能夠廣泛在其他1553B總線系統內擴展應用。驗證表明該監控系統可以對總線信息進行快速有效地監測分析,能滿足應用需求。 Abstract:  In the Process of avionics system maintenance, to solve the problems such as improving the efficiency of fast orientation to troubles and reducing maintenance cost, system of 1553B bus information monitor model based on ICD was proposed. The system observed whether the data which transmitted on the bus appear distortion and deviation by using data acquisition card. And using 1553B communication card programming of the measure software LabWindows/CVI and the dynamic linking of ICD database, message analysis and fault estimation could be realized. Compared with traditional maintenance, this model can all-dimensionally detect and analyze the source of faults from both electrical characteristics of the signal and message analysis, and it can be widely applied in the other 1553B system. Experiment shown that this monitor system can effectively detect and analyze the bus message and can meet the application requirements.

  • 單片機控制的鉛酸蓄電池充電電源

     為了有效地提升鉛酸蓄電池的使用壽命,同時實現對充電過程的監控,設計出一種用單片機控制的36 V鉛酸蓄電池充電電源。本電路采用反激式拓撲,連續電流工作模式,電源管理IC設計在電源的副邊,由ELAN公司的EM78P258N單片機模擬,是用可編程器件模擬電源管理IC,實現智能電源低成本化的一次成功嘗試,通過對單片機的軟件設計實現了充電電源的狀態顯示、充電時間控制、報警、過溫保護、過壓保護、過流保護等功能。本充電器真正的實現了鉛酸蓄電池的三段式充電過程,其最高輸出功率可達90 W,效率約85%,成本不到20元,具有很高的市場競爭力。 Abstract:  In order to extend the life of lead-acid battery efficiently and supervise the charging Process meanwhile, a 36V lead-acid battery charge powe supply controlled by microcontroller is designed. The charger is flyback switching power supply and works in CCM mode. A EM78P258N microcontroller made by ELAN microelectronics corporation is used as power management IC which is designed at the secondary circuit. The project is a successful attempt to low-cost intelligent power used microcontroller simulating power management IC. The charger also has the functions of the status reveal, charge time control, alarming, thermal protect, current limit and overvoltage protect by the software design. The circuit actually implements the three-step charge Process, whose power is up to 90W and whose efficiency can get 85%. The net cost of this charger is less than 20 RMB, so that the charger is of powerful market competitiveness.

  • 基于PIC16LF874單片機的電容測量模塊

    為提高電容測量精度,針對電容式傳感器的工作原理設計了基于PIC16LF874單片機電容測量模塊。簡單闡述了電容測量電路的應用背景和國內外研究現狀,介紹了美國Microchip公司PIC16LF874單片機的特性。電容式傳感器輸出的動態微弱電容信號通過PS021型電容數字轉換器把模擬量數據轉換成數字量數據,所測數據由PIC16LF874單片機應用程序進行處理、顯示和保存。實驗結果表明,固定電容標稱值為10~20 pF 的測量值相對誤差在1%以內,同時也可知被測電容容值越大,測量值和標稱值相對誤差越小。 Abstract:  To improve the accuracy of capacitance measurement,aimed at the principle of work of mercury capacitance acceleration transducer,the design of micro capacitance measurement circuit is based on the key PIC16LF874 chip. Briefly discusses the application of the capacitance measuring circuit for the background and status of foreign researchers,focusing on the United States PIC16LF874 microcontroller features. Capacitive sensor outputed signal through the dynamics of weak PS021-chip capacitors (capacitancedigital converter) to convert analog data into digital data,the measured data from the PIC16LF874 microcontroller application Process, display and preservation. Experimental results show that the fixed capacitor 10pF ~ 20pF nominal value of the measured value of relative error is within 1%,but also it canbe seen the value of the measured capacitance larger,measuring value and the nominal value of relative error smaller.

  • 基于ARM單片機的自動測高測距小車

    生活中許多目標的高度和水平距離需要進行測量。目前主要的測量方法,仍以傳統的皮尺丈量為主,測量效率不高,有時還很不方便,沒有技術成熟的數字式測高測距產品。以基本的數學方法為理論依據,利用遙控小車做為載體,采用角度傳感器測量角度、霍爾傳感器測量水平距離等,通過單片機LM3S615進行數據計算,實現了對待測目標物體的高度、水平距離等數據的快速、精確和數字式的測量,高度測量精度可達99.06%,水平測量精度則可達98.06%。 Abstract:  In our lives, the height and horizontal distance of some goals are needed to be measured. Because the currently used methods are still traditional tape-based measuring methods, and the measuring efficiency is low and inconvenient so some kinds of digital and portable measuring methods or instruments are needed. Based on the basic math theory, this paper designed and manufactured a portable, digital and remote controlled measuring mobile small vehicle, which assembled with angle measuring sensor for angle measurement and Hall sensor for horizontal distance measuring. MCU LM3S615 calculated the height and horizontal distance data gotten from these sensors. The measuring Process is simple, the measuring results are more accurate and the measuring efficiency is higher than traditional measure instruments. The accuracy of height and distance measurement can reach 99.06% and 98.06%.

  • 基于凌陽單片機的步進電機加減速的控制方法

    提出一種基于凌陽單片機的步進電機加減速的控制方法。采用凌陽科技推出的16位結構工控單片機SPMC75F2413A為控制器,由Allegro公司生產的兩相步進電機專用驅動器件SLA7042M構成步進電機的驅動電路,在傳統的3段直線加減速控制算法基礎上增加至7段S形曲線加減速過程,控制步進電機的啟動和停止。實驗結果表明,該控制方法克服了直線加減速中不連續、易造成系統沖擊的問題,整個系統實現柔性控制,電機啟動、停止連續性能提高30%。 Abstract:  The method of controlled stepping motor is referred based on SPMC75F2413A MCU, which adopts the 16 knots SPMC75F2413A MCU as the controller. The special-purpose actuation chip SLA7042M of two stepping motor produced by Allegro Corporation constituted to actuation electric circuit. The purpose of increasing to seven section of S shape curve based on the traditional three sections of straight line is to control the start and stop Process of stepping motor. The experimental results show that the control method solves easy to pull-out and overshot problems. The overall system realizes flexible control, and the performance of motor start or stop continuity is increased 30%

    首先研究CAN總線和SAE J1939協議,提出一種基于MC9S12HZ256微控制器的總線式汽車數字儀表解決方案。詳細介紹SAE J1939協議的報文幀格式及應用層協議中發動機相關參數的定義,以及步進電機及其驅動和車速信號的處理方法。該數字儀表系統硬件平臺由微處理器和信號采集和信息處理及顯示等模塊組成。軟件設計部分編程實現了對CAN總線和各傳感器數據的讀取、處理。該系統能夠實時反映車輛工況。 Abstract:  In this paper,CAN bus and SAE J1939protocol are researched,and a vehicle digital instrument solution based on MC9S12HZ256MCU is proposed.The message frame format and some engine-related parameters’definition in SAE J1939application layer protocol are introduced in detail.Stepper motor and its driver,the methods of speed signal Process-ing are also introduced.The hardware platform of vehicle digital instrument is composed by MCU,signal acquisition mod-ule,and signal Processing and displaying module.Data receiving and Processing from CAN bus and sensors are accom-plished by programming,and vehicle condition can be reflected in real-time.

    在汽車發動機起動時,若發動機起動后起動機不能及時斷電,將會燒毀起動機或損壞飛輪齒環;若變速器不在空檔位置起動,則起動機的瞬間動力將使汽車位移,還可能引起交通事故和人身安全。為此介紹一種利用NXP P89LPC901單片機控制的汽車起動保護控制器,通過檢測汽車起動開關、變速箱檔位、發動機轉速,實現對汽車發動機起動過程檢測和保護。起動保護控制器在發動機起動過程中通過采用逐個關閉打開負載系統,解決汽車發動機過程中因起動電流大而對汽車電源的沖擊影響,延長了電瓶壽命。 Abstract:  When the automotive engine is started, the engine start motor and flywheel gear may be damaged, even traffic accidents and personal safeties may be caused by wrong operation or other factors.In order to ensure the automotive engine can be started normally and safely,it is necessary that the protecting measures and methods are considered in the automotive electrical control system.This paper introduces a kind of the automotive engine starting protect controller based on NXP P89LPC901 MCU.The controller can protect the engine starting Process by detecting the starter key switch,transmission stall and engine speed.Through the use of close and open load system,the controller can solve the impact on automotive power because of the high-current load in the Process of the automobile engine starting, and extend battery life.

  • 基于DAC7512的數控直流恒流源設計

    為了解決磁放大器性能測試過程中,需要對其供給不同數值恒定電流的問題,設計了一種基于DAC7512和單片機的數控恒流源系統。該系統采用AT89C51作為主控器件,將計算機發送的電流控制字命令轉換為D/A轉換器控制字,通過模擬SPI通信接口,寫D/A控制字到DAC7512,從而控制其輸出相應數字電壓值,經差動縮放電路、電壓/電路變換電路和功率驅動電路,最后輸出恒定電流。實驗結果表明,恒流源輸出電流調節范圍為-45~+45 mA、精度為±0.1 mA,分辨率達0.024 4 mA,具有應用靈活,外圍電路簡單,可靠性高的特點。該數控直流恒流源也可為相關產品的測試系統研發提供參考。 Abstract:  In order to solve the need to supply different values constant current for the magnetic amplifier in testing Process, numerical control constant current source system was designed based on DAC7512 chip and microcontroller technology. The system used the AT89C51 as the main chip, which can convert the current control word from computer into to D/A control words. And the system wrote D/A control word into the DAC7512 chip to control the output voltage value by the SPI communication interface, which can output corresponding constant current figures by scaling circuit, the V/I converter and power drive circuit. Experimental results show that the current source output current adjustment range is -45~+45mA, accuracy is ± 0.1mA, and resolution ratio is 0.024 4mA
