在需要實(shí)時(shí)大量輸入漢字的顯示控制處理應(yīng)用中,利用傳統(tǒng)單片機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)顯示控制的設(shè)計(jì)方法是較難實(shí)現(xiàn)的。帶漢字字庫的液晶模塊的使用使得小容量ROM單片機(jī)的大量漢字信息輸入與顯示成為可能。提出了針對(duì)漢字字庫編碼的二級(jí)索引拼音輸入檢索方法,介紹了以ST7920作為控制器的帶漢字字庫的液晶顯示模塊的接口方法及漢字顯示和控制原理,給出了通用計(jì)算機(jī)鍵盤在單片機(jī)中的串行接口,采用該技術(shù)可大大增強(qiáng)單片機(jī)的漢字輸入功能。為小容量ROM單片機(jī)的大批量漢字信息處理提供了一種漢字輸入解決方案。 Abstract: It is difficult to realize Chinese characters input method based on the embedded system by using the traditional design method of display control. It is possible to input and display Chinese characters based on the embedded system with the ROM of small content by using the LCD module with Chinese characters.Chinese characters input method of the quadric index recall in allusion to Chinese characters code is brought forward.The interface and the principle of Chinese characters display control based on the LCD module controlled with the ST7920 is introduced too.The serial interface of the computer keyboard in common use and the embedded system is given at the same time. It can enhance the embedded system function of Chinese characters input by using this TECHNOLOGY, and provide a kind of Chinese characters input scheme for the embedded system with small capacity ROM.

Although Stellaris microcontrollers have generous internal SRAM capabilities, certain applicationsmay have data storage requirements that exceed the 8 KB limit of the Stellaris LM3S8xx seriesdevices. Since microcontrollers do not have an external parallel data-bus, serial memory optionsmust be considered. Until recently, the ubiquitous serial EEPROM/flash device was the only serialmemory solution. The major limitations of EEPROM and flash TECHNOLOGY are slow write speed, slowerase times, and limited write/erase endurance.Recently, serial SRAM devices have become available as a solution for high-speed dataapplications. The N256S08xxHDA series of devices, from AMI Semiconductor, offer 32 K x 8 bits oflow-power data storage, a fast Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) serial bus, and unlimited write cycles.The parts are available in 8-pin SOIC and compact TSSOP packages.

基于PIC單片機(jī)的低功耗讀卡器硬件設(shè)計(jì):本文提出了一個(gè)完整的基于串口的智能讀卡器子系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案并將其實(shí)現(xiàn)。讀卡器的設(shè)計(jì)突出了小型化的要求,全部器件使用貼片封裝。為了減小讀卡器的體積,設(shè)計(jì)中還使用了串口竊電的技術(shù),使用串口信號(hào)線直接給讀卡器供電。為此,讀卡器使用了省電的設(shè)計(jì),采用了省電的集成電路,并大膽簡(jiǎn)化了許多傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)電路。關(guān)鍵字: 讀卡器, 單片機(jī), 串口竊電 Abstract: This paper aims to put forward a complete design of Smart IC card reader based onSerial Port and propose the way of realizing it for the purpose of Network Security. LTC1732 是LINEAR TECHNOLOGY 公司推出的鋰離子電池充電控制集成電路芯片。它具有電池插入檢測(cè)和自動(dòng)低壓電池充電功能。文章介紹了該芯片的結(jié)構(gòu)、特點(diǎn)、工作原理及應(yīng)用信息,給出了典型的應(yīng)用電路。 LTC1732 是LINEAR TECHNOLOGY 公司生產(chǎn)的鋰-離子(Li-離子)電池恒流/恒壓線性充電控制器。它也可以對(duì)鎳-鎘(NiCd)和鎳-氫(NiMH)電池恒流充電。其充電電流可通過外部傳感電阻器編程到7%(最大值)的精度。最終的浮動(dòng)電壓精度為1%。利用LTC1732 的SEL 端可為4.1V 或4.2V 電池充電。當(dāng)輸入電源撤消后,LTC1732 可自動(dòng)進(jìn)入低電流睡眠狀態(tài),以使消耗電流下降到7μA。LTC1732 的內(nèi)部比較器用于檢測(cè)充電結(jié)束條件(C/10),而總的充電時(shí)間則是通過可編程計(jì)時(shí)器的外部電容來設(shè)置的。在電池完全放電后,控制器將自動(dòng)以規(guī)定電流的10%對(duì)被充電電池進(jìn)行慢速充電直到電池電壓超過2.457V。當(dāng)放電后的電池插入充電器或當(dāng)輸入電源接通時(shí),LTC1732 將開始重新充電。另外,如果電池一直插入在充電器且在電池電壓降到3.8V(LTC1732-4)或4.05V(LTC1732-4.2)以下時(shí),充電器也將開始重新充電。LTC1732 的其它主特點(diǎn)如下:●具有1%的預(yù)置充電電壓精度;●輸入電壓范圍4.5V~12V;●充電電流可編程控制;●具有C/10 充電電流檢測(cè)輸出;●可編程控制充電終端計(jì)時(shí);●帶有低電壓電池自動(dòng)小電流充電模式;●可編程控制恒定電流接通模式;●具有電池插入檢測(cè)和自動(dòng)低壓電流充電功能;●帶有輸入電源(隔離適配器)檢測(cè)輸出;●LTC1732-4.2 型器件的再充電閾值電壓為4.05V;●LTC1732-4 型器件的再充電閾值電壓為3.8V。
