  • 基于瑞薩電子微控制器的溫度控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

      為了提高傳統(tǒng)溫度控制系統(tǒng)的性能,將PID控制理論與嵌入式系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,采用瑞薩電子公司的H8S/2166作為核心處理器,AD公司的AD7705以及熱敏電阻溫度傳感器作為溫度檢測單元,利用4×6小鍵盤、LCD顯示器和S1D13305液晶控制器達(dá)到良好的人機(jī)交互,設(shè)計出了一個應(yīng)用于化工領(lǐng)域的嵌入式實時溫度控制系統(tǒng)。相比于傳統(tǒng)溫度控制系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)提供了更強(qiáng)的計算能力和可擴(kuò)展能力,采用增量PID控制算法實現(xiàn)復(fù)雜控制。通過實驗,該系統(tǒng)能達(dá)到0.1 ℃的溫度控制精度以及小于120 s的溫度穩(wěn)定時間。   Abstract:   In order to improve the performance of conventional temperature control system, combining PID control theory with embedded systems, using the Renesas Electronics Corp. H8S/2166 micro-controller as a core processors, AD7705 and thermistor temperature sensor as a temperature detection unit and 4×6 small keyboard, LCD and S1D13305 LCD controller as a good human-computer interaction, this paper designed an embedded real-time temperature control system which is applied in chemical industry. Compared with conventional temperature control system, this system provides more computing power and extensibility, and adopts PID control algorithm for complex control. Through the experiment, the system can reach temperature control accuracy of 0.1 ℃ and temperature stabilization time of less than 120 seconds.

     為了有效地提升鉛酸蓄電池的使用壽命,同時實現(xiàn)對充電過程的監(jiān)控,設(shè)計出一種用單片機(jī)控制的36 V鉛酸蓄電池充電電源。本電路采用反激式拓?fù)洌B續(xù)電流工作模式,電源管理IC設(shè)計在電源的副邊,由ELAN公司的EM78P258N單片機(jī)模擬,是用可編程器件模擬電源管理IC,實現(xiàn)智能電源低成本化的一次成功嘗試,通過對單片機(jī)的軟件設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了充電電源的狀態(tài)顯示、充電時間控制、報警、過溫保護(hù)、過壓保護(hù)、過流保護(hù)等功能。本充電器真正的實現(xiàn)了鉛酸蓄電池的三段式充電過程,其最高輸出功率可達(dá)90 W,效率約85%,成本不到20元,具有很高的市場競爭力。 Abstract:  In order to extend the life of lead-acid battery efficiently and supervise the charging process meanwhile, a 36V lead-acid battery charge powe supply controlled by microcontroller is designed. The charger is flyback switching power supply and works in CCM mode. A EM78P258N microcontroller made by ELAN microelectronics corporation is used as power management IC which is designed at the secondary circuit. The project is a successful attempt to low-cost intelligent power used microcontroller simulating power management IC. The charger also has the functions of the status reveal, charge time control, alarming, thermal protect, current limit and overvoltage protect by the software design. The circuit actually implements the three-step charge process, whose power is up to 90W and whose efficiency can get 85%. The net cost of this charger is less than 20 RMB, so that the charger is of powerful market competitiveness.

    為解決當(dāng)前計算機(jī)串行通訊接口只有USB,難以滿足舊型號設(shè)備或某些單片機(jī)要求RS232通訊的問題,設(shè)計出兩款RS232/USB電路。采用CH341A與MAX223集成電路芯片構(gòu)建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)9線RS232/USB通用接口轉(zhuǎn)換器,無需編程。采用CH341A與PIC16F877A構(gòu)建單片機(jī)與計算機(jī)之間的USB通訊電路,軟件遵循RS232通訊協(xié)議,硬件進(jìn)行電平轉(zhuǎn)換。實際使用表明,這兩款產(chǎn)品與計算機(jī)端Windows 操作系統(tǒng)下的串口應(yīng)用程序完全兼容,且通訊過程中無握手失敗現(xiàn)象。 Abstract:  To solve the problem that current computer serial communication only with USB interface can not satisfy with the old type equipments or MCU to communicate with RS232, two kinds of RS232/USB circuit were designed.CH341A and MAX223 integrated circuit chips were used to create a standard 9-line RS232/USB universal interface convertor without programme. CH341A and PIC16F877A chips were adopted to build the USB communication circuit between computers and MCU. The software follows RS232 communication protocol, and the hardware converts electrical levels. Actual practices indicate that the two manufactures are compatible with serial application program of Windows operation system completely,and get avoid of handshake lost.

    以C8051F020為核心處理器,設(shè)計無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用SZ05-ADV型無線通訊模塊組建Zigbee無線網(wǎng)絡(luò),結(jié)合嵌入式系統(tǒng)的軟硬件技術(shù),完成終端節(jié)點(diǎn)的8路傳感器信號的數(shù)據(jù)采集。現(xiàn)場8路信號通過前端處理后,分別送入C8051F020的12位A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換。經(jīng)過精確處理、存儲后的現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù),通過Zigbee無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳送到上位機(jī),系統(tǒng)可達(dá)到汽車試驗中無線測試的目的。 Abstract:  This paper designs a wireless sensor network system for data acquisition with C8051F020 as core processors.The system used SZ05-ADV wireless communication module,set up a Zigbee wireless network, combined with hardware and software technologies of embedded systems,completed the end-node 8-locale sensor signal data acquisition.Eight locale signals were sent separately into the 12-bit ADC of C8051F020 for conversion through front treatment.After accurate processing and storage,the locale data was transmitted to the host computer through Zigbee wireless.The system achieves the purpose of wireless testing in vehicle trial.

  • 基于ARM單片機(jī)的自動測高測距小車

    生活中許多目標(biāo)的高度和水平距離需要進(jìn)行測量。目前主要的測量方法,仍以傳統(tǒng)的皮尺丈量為主,測量效率不高,有時還很不方便,沒有技術(shù)成熟的數(shù)字式測高測距產(chǎn)品。以基本的數(shù)學(xué)方法為理論依據(jù),利用遙控小車做為載體,采用角度傳感器測量角度、霍爾傳感器測量水平距離等,通過單片機(jī)LM3S615進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)計算,實現(xiàn)了對待測目標(biāo)物體的高度、水平距離等數(shù)據(jù)的快速、精確和數(shù)字式的測量,高度測量精度可達(dá)99.06%,水平測量精度則可達(dá)98.06%。 Abstract:  In our lives, the height and horizontal distance of some goals are needed to be measured. Because the currently used methods are still traditional tape-based measuring methods, and the measuring efficiency is low and inconvenient so some kinds of digital and portable measuring methods or instruments are needed. Based on the basic math theory, this paper designed and manufactured a portable, digital and remote controlled measuring mobile small vehicle, which assembled with angle measuring sensor for angle measurement and Hall sensor for horizontal distance measuring. MCU LM3S615 calculated the height and horizontal distance data gotten from these sensors. The measuring process is simple, the measuring results are more accurate and the measuring efficiency is higher than traditional measure instruments. The accuracy of height and distance measurement can reach 99.06% and 98.06%.

    提出一種基于凌陽單片機(jī)的步進(jìn)電機(jī)加減速的控制方法。采用凌陽科技推出的16位結(jié)構(gòu)工控單片機(jī)SPMC75F2413A為控制器,由Allegro公司生產(chǎn)的兩相步進(jìn)電機(jī)專用驅(qū)動器件SLA7042M構(gòu)成步進(jìn)電機(jī)的驅(qū)動電路,在傳統(tǒng)的3段直線加減速控制算法基礎(chǔ)上增加至7段S形曲線加減速過程,控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)的啟動和停止。實驗結(jié)果表明,該控制方法克服了直線加減速中不連續(xù)、易造成系統(tǒng)沖擊的問題,整個系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)柔性控制,電機(jī)啟動、停止連續(xù)性能提高30%。 Abstract:  The method of controlled stepping motor is referred based on SPMC75F2413A MCU, which adopts the 16 knots SPMC75F2413A MCU as the controller. The special-purpose actuation chip SLA7042M of two stepping motor produced by Allegro Corporation constituted to actuation electric circuit. The purpose of increasing to seven section of S shape curve based on the traditional three sections of straight line is to control the start and stop process of stepping motor. The experimental results show that the control method solves easy to pull-out and overshot problems. The overall system realizes flexible control, and the performance of motor start or stop continuity is increased 30%

    為提高溫度測量效率,降低系統(tǒng)的成本,擴(kuò)展傳輸距離,設(shè)計出一種新型溫度采集系統(tǒng)。單片機(jī)通過控制具有單總線方式的溫度傳感器DS18B20實現(xiàn)對溫度的測量,同時單片機(jī)通過控制具有單總線方式300~450MHz頻率范圍內(nèi)的MAX7044與MAX7033無線發(fā)射與接收芯片實現(xiàn)溫度數(shù)據(jù)的無線傳輸。與傳統(tǒng)溫度采集系統(tǒng)相比,該系統(tǒng)利用單總線方式連接,采用無線傳輸方式實現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離通信,易于系統(tǒng)的集成與擴(kuò)展。實驗結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、方便移植,能夠同時實現(xiàn)多達(dá)上百點(diǎn)溫度的測量與500m范圍的傳輸。 Abstract:  To improve the temperature measurement efficiency and reduce system cost,expansion of transmission distance,a new type of temperature acquisition system is designed.Microcontroller controlled temperature sensor DS18B20which has a single-bus achieves temperature measurement,while microcontroller by controlled the MAX7044and MAX7033chip with a single-bus and having300~450MHz radiofrequency to achieve the wireless transmission of temperature data.Compared with conventional temperature acquisition system,the system uses single-bus connected,and uses wireless transmission means to achieve long-distance communications,easy-to-system integration and expansion.The experimental results show that the system is simple,convenient transplantation,and can be implemented in as many as a hundred-point temperature measure-ment and the transmission range of500meters.
