dna

脫氧核糖核酸（英文DeoxyriboNucleicAcid，縮寫為dna）是生物細胞內(nèi)含有的四種生物大分子之一核酸的一種。

  • 在自然界中生物從其親代繼承特性或性狀

    在自然界中生物從其親代繼承特性或性狀，這種現(xiàn)象稱為遺傳（Heredity），研究這種現(xiàn)象的科學叫遺傳學（Genetics）。 在構(gòu)成生物的細胞（Cell）中含有染色體（Chromosome），生物的遺傳信息都包含在染色體中。遺傳信息由基因（Gene）組成，基因是dna（Deoxyribonucleic Acid）或RNA（Ribonucleic Acid）中占有一定位置的基本遺傳單位。在dna中遺傳信息在長鏈上按照一定模式排列，即進行了遺傳編碼。遺傳基因在染色體中占據(jù)的位置稱為基因座（Locus），同一個基因座可能具有的全部基因稱為等位基因（Allele），一個細胞核中所有染色體攜帶的遺傳信息的全體稱為基因組（Genome）。

    從因子分析的角度出發(fā)解決基因表達譜分析問題。為解決獨立成分分析方法在求解過程中的不穩(wěn)定性，提出一種基于選擇性獨立成分分析的dna微陣列數(shù)據(jù)集成分類器。首先對基因表達水平的重構(gòu)誤差進行分析，選擇部分重構(gòu)誤差較小的獨立成分進行樣本重構(gòu)，然后基于重構(gòu)后的樣本同時訓練多個支持向量機基分類器，最后選擇部分分類正確率較高的基分類器進行最大投票以得到最終結(jié)果。在3個常用測試集上驗證了本文設(shè)計方法的有效性。
