數(shù)字控制的交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)所選用的微處理器、功率器件及產(chǎn)生PWM波的方法是影響交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)性能好壞的直接因素。在介紹了正弦脈寬調(diào)制(SPWM)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了一種以8098單片機(jī)作為控制器,以智能功率模塊IPM為開關(guān)器件的變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。通過軟件編程,產(chǎn)生正弦脈沖寬度調(diào)制波形來控制絕緣柵雙極晶體管的導(dǎo)通和關(guān)斷,從而達(dá)到控制異步電動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的目的。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)可調(diào)頻率調(diào)電壓,穩(wěn)定度高,調(diào)速范圍寬,具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用價值
Abstract:
AC variable speed with digital control systems used microprocessors, power devices and generate PWM wave is the direct factors of affecting the performance AC speed regulation system. On the basis of introducing the sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technology,this paper designed variable speed system which used 8098 as a controller, intelligent power module IPM as switching device. Through software programming, resulting in sinusoidal pulse width modulation waveform to control the insulated gate bipolar transistor turn on and off, so as to achieve the purpose of speed control of induction motors. Experimental results show that the system can adjust frequency modulation voltage, high stability, wide speed range, has a strong practical value.

Servomotors are available as AC or DC motors. Early servomotors were generally DC motors because the only type of control for large currents was through SCRs for many years. As transistors became capable of controlling larger currents and switching the large currents at higher frequencies, the AC servomotor became used more often. Early servomotors were specifically designed for servo amplifiers. Today a class of motors is designed for applica-tions that may use a servo amplifier or a variable-frequency controller, which means that a motor may be used in a servo system in one application, and used in a variable-frequency drive in another application. Some companies also call any closed-loop system that does not use a stepper motor a servo system, so it is possible for a simple AC induction motor that is connected to a velocity controller to be called a servomotor.

This reference design describes the design of a 3-phase AC induction
vector control drive with position encoder coupled to the motor shaft. It
is based on Motorola’s DSP56F805 dedicated motor control device.
AC induction motors, which contain a cage, are very popular in variable
speed drives. They are simple, rugged, inexpensive and available at all
power ratings. Progress in the field of power electronics and
microelectronics enables the application of induction motors for
high-performance drives, where traditionally only DC motors were
applied. Thanks to sophisticated control methods, AC induction drives
offer the same control capabilities as high performance four-quadrant
DC drives.

本系統(tǒng)采用電動機(jī)電樞供電回路串接采樣電阻的方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)對小型直流有刷電動機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速測量。該系統(tǒng)主要由二階低通濾波電路,小信號放大電路、單片機(jī)測量顯示電路、開關(guān)穩(wěn)壓電源電路等組成。同時自制電機(jī)測速裝置,用高頻磁環(huán)作為載體,用線圈繞制磁環(huán),利用電磁感應(yīng)原理檢測電機(jī)運(yùn)行時的漏磁,將變化的磁場信號轉(zhuǎn)化為磁環(huán)上的感應(yīng)電流。用信號處理單元電路將微弱電信號轉(zhuǎn)化為脈沖信號,送由單片機(jī)檢測,從而達(dá)到準(zhǔn)確測量電機(jī)的速度的要求。In this system, the sampling resistance of armature power supply circuit is connected in series to measure the speed of small DC brush motor. The system is mainly composed of second-order low-pass filter circuit, small signal amplifier circuit, single-chip measurement and display circuit, switching regulated power supply circuit and so on. At the same time, the self-made motor speed measuring device uses high frequency magnetic ring as the carrier, coil winding magnetic ring, and electromagnetic induction principle to detect the leakage of magnetic field during the operation of the motor, which converts the changed magnetic field signal into the induced current on the magnetic ring. The weak electric signal is transformed into pulse signal by signal processing unit circuit, which is sent to single chip computer for detection, so as to meet the requirement of accurate measurement of motor speed.
