The program md.f implements a simple molecular dynamics simulation in continuous real space. The velocity Verlet algorithm is used to implement the time stepping. The vertex of the angle is fixed on the origin O of the coordinates, and both of its radial lines are specified by the input. The sizes of the squares are also specified by the input, and the squares can shift vertically and horizontally. Now your job is to use the squares and the radial lines of the angle to enclose the maximum area, which excludes the area of the squares (see Figure 1). An optimal neuron evolution algorithm for the restoration of linearly distorted images is presented in this paper. The proposed algorithm is motivated by the symmetric positive-definite quadratic programming structure inherent in restoration. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the algorithm not only significantly increases the convergence rate of processing, hut also produces good restoration results. In addition, the algorithm provides a genuine parallel processing structure which ensures computationally feasible spatial domain image restoration
