This manual describes how to run the Matlab® Artificial Immune Systems tutorial presentation developed by Leandro de Castro and Fernando Von Zuben. The program files can be downloaded from the following FTP address: ftp://ftp.dca.fee.unicamp.br/pub/docs/vonzuben/lnunes/demo.zip The tour is self-guided and can be performed in any order. To run the presentation, first uncompress the zipped archive and store it in an appropriate directory. Run the Matlab® , enter the selected directory, and type “tutorial” in the prompt.

This project allows you to learn communication systems in greater depth. It contains the Simulink files (*.mdl) which are block design files of various communication systems such as AM, DSB-SC, FM, PLL, Data Acquisition, Digital Data Transmission, PCM and Delta Modulation. The idea here is to implement experiments of a traditional communication lab using Simulink. Most of the block diagrams are self explanatory. This a GUI based system. The GUI is invoked from the command line by typing "ui_start". The GUI is self explanatory. Tool tips are given in blue color. The cursor needs to be positioned on these for detailed explanation. The main file is "runsim.m". In these simulations the SISO option is not explicitly given. This is because the SISO result for a particular type of modulation is shown in every plot for purposes of comparison. This software has been tested on MATLAB version 6.0 and above with signal processing and communication toolbox options.

MATLAB的SVM算法實現，Matlab Support Vector Machine Toolbox，This toolbox was designed as a teaching aid, which matlab is particularly good for since source code is relatively legible and simple to modify. However, it is still reasonably fast if used with the supplied optimiser. However, if you really want to speed things up you should consider compiling the matrix composition routine for H into a mex function. Then again if you really want to speed things up you probably shouldn t be using matlab anyway... Get hold of a dedicated C program once you understand the algorithm.
