文中研究了一種基于STM32和CS230的超敏C反應蛋白(CRP)全自動檢測儀。該檢測儀采用STM32單片機作為核心處理器,TCS230作為顏色識別器,實現了試劑條的自動進給、數據的分析存儲。具體介紹了試劑條顯色原理、系統的工作原理、硬件結構、軟件設計、并就測試數據進行了誤差和最大變異系數分析。實驗結果證明,該系統的自動檢測有效提高了檢測效率,方便操作,誤差小,具有一定的推廣價值。
A fully automatic detector based on ultra-sensitive C reactive protein(CRP)is studied in this paper,which uses STM32 single chip processor as the core processor,TCS230 as the color recognizer,and realizes the automatic feed of reagent bars and the analysis and storage of data.In this paper,the principle of coloration of reagent strip,working principle of system,hardware structure and software design are introduced,and the error and maximum variation coefficient of test data are analyzed.The experimental results show that the automatic detection of the system improves the efficiency,which is easy to operate with little error and worth popularizing.
