為有效地去除Y, U , V 3 幀之間內在的相關性, 提出了一種基于四維離散余弦變換理論的彩色視頻 壓縮編碼方法。該方法將彩色視頻放在四維數學模型中考慮, 將彩色視頻的圖象寬度、圖象高度、彩色空間 的3 幀(Y, U , V ) , 以及視頻序列的連續3 幀分別看作四維數學模型中的“四維”, 利用四維離散余弦變換 去除彩色視頻中圖象的相鄰像素之間、Y, U , V 3 幀之間、以及視頻序列相鄰幀之間的相關性, 并結合矢量 量化進行壓縮。實驗結果表明, 利用該方法對“M issAmerica”彩色視頻進行壓縮編碼, 在同等信噪比的條 件下, 可獲得比標準M PEG22 壓縮編碼方法高約4 倍的壓縮比。 關鍵
