ATX是計算機的工作電源,作用是把交流220V的電源轉(zhuǎn)換為計算機內(nèi)部使用的直流5V,12v,24V的電源。 ATX電源的特點:與AT電源相比,ATX電源增加了“+3.3V、+5VSB、PS-ON ”三個輸出。其中“+3.3V”輸出主要是供CPU用,而“+5VSB”、“PS-ON”輸出則體現(xiàn)了ATX電源的特點。ATX電源最主要的特點就是,它不采用傳統(tǒng)的市電開關(guān)來控制電源是否工作,而是采用“+5VSB、PS-ON”的組合來實現(xiàn)電源的開啟和關(guān)閉,只要控制“PS-ON”信號電平的變化,就能控制電源的開啟和關(guān)閉。“PS-ON”小于1V伏時開啟電源,大于4.5伏時關(guān)閉電源。

高的工作電壓高達(dá)100V N雙N溝道MOSFET同步驅(qū)動 The D810DCDC is a synchronous step-down switching regulator controller that can directly step-down voltages from up to 100V, making it ideal for telecom and automotive applications. The D810DCDC uses a constant on-time valley current control architecture to deliver very low duty cycles with accurate cycle-by-cycle current limit, without requiring a sense resistor. A precise internal reference provides 0.5% DC accuracy. A high bandwidth (25MHz) error amplifi er provides very fast line and load transient response. Large 1Ω gate drivers allow the D810DCDC to drive multiple MOSFETs for higher current applications. The operating frequency is selected by an external resistor and is compensated for variations in VIN and can also be synchronized to an external clock for switching-noise sensitive applications. Integrated bias control generates gate drive power from the input supply during start-up and when an output shortcircuit occurs, with the addition of a small external SOT23 MOSFET. When in regulation, power is derived from the output for higher effi ciency.

Many system designers need an easy way to producea negative 3.3V power supply. In systems that alreadyhave a transformer, one option is to swap out the existingtransformer with one that has an additional secondarywinding. The problem with this solution is that manysystems now use transformers that are standard, offthe-shelf components, and most designers want toavoid replacing a standard, qualifi ed transformer with acustom version. An easier alternative is to produce thelow negative voltage rail by stepping down an existingnegative rail. For example, if the system already employsan off-the-shelf transformer with two secondary windingsto produce ±12v, and a –3.3V rail is needed, a negativebuck converter can produce the –3.3V output from the–12v rail.

傳統(tǒng)電源電路檢修 二、開關(guān)電源電路檢修 •首先應(yīng)檢查F601、F602兩個保險絲。 •若F601或F602熔斷,有可能是保險絲本身質(zhì)量不好,但換上新保險絲后再次熔斷,說明電路有電流過大故障. •若F601再次熔斷,有可能是整流管V601、V602擊穿。 •若F602再次熔斷,有可能是穩(wěn)壓輸出12v的負(fù)載過流,也可能是調(diào)整管V603、V605的c-e極擊穿。 •若保險絲好,再檢查18V直流電壓。無18V電壓,則有可能是電源變壓器繞組開路、或電源開關(guān)S601接觸不良,或V601、V602整流管都開路。 若18V正常,則無12v輸出電壓的原因可能是R601、R602開路,C604、C605擊穿,或V603、V605開路
