在航電系統維護過程中,為解決定位故障的效率和降低維修成本等問題,提出了基于ICD(Interface Control Document,接口控制文件)的1553B總線的信息監控系統模型。該系統運用數據采集卡對總線中傳輸的信號有無失真、偏差等電氣特性進行檢測,并使用1553B通訊卡通過測控軟件LabWindows/CVI編程與ICD數據庫的動態鏈接,實現總線信息的解析和故障的判斷。與傳統的維護過程相比,這種模型能夠從信號的電氣特性以及信息的解析等全方位的去檢測判斷故障的來源,并且能夠廣泛在其他1553B總線系統內擴展應用。驗證表明該監控系統可以對總線信息進行快速有效地監測分析,能滿足應用需求。
Abstract: In the process of avionics system maintenance, to solve the problems such as improving the efficiency of fast orientation to troubles and reducing maintenance cost, system of 1553B bus information monitor model based on ICD was proposed. The system observed whether the data which transmitted on the bus appear distortion and deviation by using data acquisition card. And using 1553B communication card programming of the measure software LabWindows/CVI and the dynamic linking of ICD database, message analysis and fault estimation could be realized. Compared with traditional maintenance, this model can all-dimensionally detect and analyze the source of faults from both electrical characteristics of the signal and message analysis, and it can be widely applied in the other 1553B system. Experiment shown that this monitor system can effectively detect and analyze the bus message and can meet the application requirements.
為提高電容測量精度,針對電容式傳感器的工作原理設計了基于PIC16LF874單片機電容測量模塊。簡單闡述了電容測量電路的應用背景和國內外研究現狀,介紹了美國Microchip公司PIC16LF874單片機的特性。電容式傳感器輸出的動態微弱電容信號通過PS021型電容數字轉換器把模擬量數據轉換成數字量數據,所測數據由PIC16LF874單片機應用程序進行處理、顯示和保存。實驗結果表明,固定電容標稱值為10~20 pF 的測量值相對誤差在1%以內,同時也可知被測電容容值越大,測量值和標稱值相對誤差越小。
Abstract:
To improve the accuracy of capacitance measurement,aimed at the principle of work of mercury capacitance acceleration transducer,the design of micro capacitance measurement circuit is based on the key PIC16LF874 chip. Briefly discusses the application of the capacitance measuring circuit for the background and status of foreign researchers,focusing on the United States PIC16LF874 microcontroller features. Capacitive sensor outputed signal through the dynamics of weak PS021-chip capacitors (capacitancedigital converter) to convert analog data into digital data,the measured data from the PIC16LF874 microcontroller application process, display and preservation. Experimental results show that the fixed capacitor 10pF ~ 20pF nominal value of the measured value of relative error is within 1%,but also it canbe seen the value of the measured capacitance larger,measuring value and the nominal value of relative error smaller.
為提高太陽能的利用率,以ATmega8單片機為控制核心,設計了一套光電跟蹤與視日運動軌跡跟蹤互補控制的雙軸太陽跟蹤器。該跟蹤器在晴天時,利用光敏電阻采集光強判斷太陽位置,控制步進電機實現光電跟蹤;在陰天時,采集時鐘器件PCF8583的時間信息,計算當前太陽位置來實現視日運動軌跡跟蹤。實驗表明:該太陽跟蹤器能在不同天氣狀況下對太陽進行較準確地跟蹤,能量接收效率提高了30%,達到充分利用太陽能的目的。
Abstract:
To improve the utilization rate of solar energy,a kind of solar tracking controller which effectively combined the sun angle tracking and photo electric tracking based on ATmega8is designed.In the sunny days,the solar tracking con-troller determines the sun's position by using photosensitive resistances to collect light intensity and control stepper motors to achieve photo electric tracking,n cloudy days,it collects clock chip PCF8583time information to calculate the current position of the sun and achieve the sun angle tracking.Experimental results show the solar tracking controller accurately tracks the sun in different weather conditions,improves received energy efficiency by30%and reaches the purpose of full use of solar energy.
針對目前汽車追尾事件頻發問題,提出一種防汽車車前和車后追尾的安全裝置設計。該設計以高性能、低功耗的8位AVR微處理器ATmega8L為核心,結合霍爾式車速傳感器、激光雷達測距裝置和MMA7260QT加速度傳感器,能夠兼顧車前和車后,摒棄以往設計中只考慮車前或車后單一性缺點,尤其適用于高速、夜晚或新手行車。
Abstract:
Aiming at the high frequency of vehicle rear-end collision,a safe device design of anti-vehicle rear-end collision is presented.In the design,the high-performance,low-power8-bit AVR microprocessor ATmega8L is utilized as a core combined with Hall-type speed sensor,laser-radar ranging devices and the acceleration sensor MMA7260QT.The design considers both the front and back of a car,and overcomes the drawbacks of former designs in which only the front or the back of the car is considered,so it is especially suitable for high-speed,night or the beginner’s driving.

The MG3500System-on-Chip(SoC)is high definition(HD)H.264codec,including ARM926-EJ processor,H.264encoder/decoder,MPEG2decoder and JPEG/MJPEG encoder/decoder.The features,pin assignments,interfaces and the typical application of MG3500in DVR are introduced in this paper.The application hardware circuit between the MG3500SoC and peripheral device are given,the questions which the syetem design needs to pay attention are explained.
針對盤山路存在的轉彎盲區,即在轉彎時司機無法得知彎路對面是否有車輛通過,設計一種基于C8051F310的山路轉彎預防警示系統。該系統利用一階濾波算法檢測山路轉彎時是否有車輛通過。運用該算法可增強系統檢測的實時性,提高檢測機動車輛的靈敏度,同時大大減少環境溫度對檢測的干擾。試驗表明該系統能夠正確指示出在山路轉彎時是否有車輛通過,目前該系統已安裝在盤山路上,可大大減少事故的發生率。
Abstract:
Aiming at passing hilly road,there is a turn blind spot.Motormen usually do not know if the passing of vehicles pass the road.So a system of defending accident on hilly road is designed,which is based on MCU C8051F310.The sys-tem uses the first-order filter algorithm to detect whether there are passing vehicles.This algorithm enhances the real-time detection and improves the sensitivity of detection vehicles.Meanwhile,it reduces the detection interference of environmen-tal temperature.The experimental results show that this system can exactly indicate if there are passing vehicles.At present,the system has been successfully applied to hilly road.The system can greatly decrease accident.

介紹了當前普通標記機控制系統現狀及其存在缺點,給出氣動標記機及相頻修正PWM模式的工作原理。采用ATmega16單片機和USB轉換RS232接口器件CH341T實現驅動控制系統與PC的實時通訊,標記控制系統可升級到USB接口。采用基于ATmega16的相頻修正PWM替換555振蕩電路產生的PWM,可直接通過軟件調整PWM信號。使用達林頓三極管TIP122替代直流繼電器驅動高頻電磁閥,使得電磁閥驅動電路簡單,成本低廉。該控制系統已成功應用于氣動標記機。
Abstract:
In this paper,the actuality and demerit of the common gas marking machine control systems are described.The operation principle of the gas marking machine and the phase and frequency correct PWM of ATmega16is introduced.The real-time communication between the driving control system and PC by CH341T which its function is translated USB to RS232is realized,the control systems is updated grade to USB interface.The PWM signal can be adjustable by software for the555surge circuit was substituted by the phase and frequency.The high frequency electromagnetic value’s driving circuit by DC relay is replaced by TIP122,therefore,the circuit is become simple and the cost cheap.The control systems has been widely used in gas marking machine.
從系統硬件設計和軟件構成上,介紹一種以AT89C52單片機為核心,通過無線遙控方法實現對預設電話自動撥號報警的智能呼救系統。系統提供了患者在緊急情況下無法使用電話報警時的一種報警手段。由用戶預設的多組電話號碼作為語音報警對象,預錄可長達20 s的語音信號來說明患者所處地點及病情,并通知患者家人。

This paper puts forward a design of train safety inspection based on C8051F320,describes all modules hardware and software design of inspection instrument.The inspection instrument has the function of information collection, axle’s temperature detection, lighting and records storage.It can supervise and administer train safety inspection work effectively.The system software using C51 can manage the power of single chip microcomputer, and guarantee the stability, reliability and low power consumption of the inspection instrument.
