為了提高傳統(tǒng)溫度控制系統(tǒng)的性能,將PID控制理論與嵌入式系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,采用瑞薩電子公司的H8S/2166作為核心處理器,AD公司的AD7705以及熱敏電阻溫度傳感器作為溫度檢測(cè)單元,利用4×6小鍵盤、LCD顯示器和S1D13305液晶控制器達(dá)到良好的人機(jī)交互,設(shè)計(jì)出了一個(gè)應(yīng)用于化工領(lǐng)域的嵌入式實(shí)時(shí)溫度控制系統(tǒng)。相比于傳統(tǒng)溫度控制系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)提供了更強(qiáng)的計(jì)算能力和可擴(kuò)展能力,采用增量PID控制算法實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜控制。通過實(shí)驗(yàn),該系統(tǒng)能達(dá)到0.1 ℃的溫度控制精度以及小于120 s的溫度穩(wěn)定時(shí)間。 Abstract: In order to improve the performance of conventional temperature control system, combining PID control theory with embedded systems, using the Renesas Electronics Corp. H8S/2166 micro-controller as a core processors, AD7705 and thermistor temperature sensor as a temperature detection unit and 4×6 small keyboard, LCD and S1D13305 LCD controller as a good human-computer interaction, this paper designed an embedded real-time temperature control system which is applied in chemical industry. Compared with conventional temperature control system, this system provides more computing power and extensibility, and adopts PID control algorithm for complex control. Through the experiment, the system can reach temperature control accuracy of 0.1 ℃ and temperature stabilization time of less than 120 seconds.

To expand its use, based on the function introduction of dynamic display chip MAX7219, a display-driving circuit for high-brightness 8-bit LED with the size of 8-inch was proposed. The advantages of MAX7219 were retained, such as powerful function and simple programming. Static display with adjustable brightness for large-size LED with higher voltage and current was achieved with the help of 74LS273 and ULN2803.

生活中許多目標(biāo)的高度和水平距離需要進(jìn)行測(cè)量。目前主要的測(cè)量方法,仍以傳統(tǒng)的皮尺丈量為主,測(cè)量效率不高,有時(shí)還很不方便,沒有技術(shù)成熟的數(shù)字式測(cè)高測(cè)距產(chǎn)品。以基本的數(shù)學(xué)方法為理論依據(jù),利用遙控小車做為載體,采用角度傳感器測(cè)量角度、霍爾傳感器測(cè)量水平距離等,通過單片機(jī)LM3S615進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)待測(cè)目標(biāo)物體的高度、水平距離等數(shù)據(jù)的快速、精確和數(shù)字式的測(cè)量,高度測(cè)量精度可達(dá)99.06%,水平測(cè)量精度則可達(dá)98.06%。 Abstract: In our lives, the height and horizontal distance of some goals are needed to be measured. Because the currently used methods are still traditional tape-based measuring methods, and the measuring efficiency is low and inconvenient so some kinds of digital and portable measuring methods or instruments are needed. Based on the basic math theory, this paper designed and manufactured a portable, digital and remote controlled measuring mobile small vehicle, which assembled with angle measuring sensor for angle measurement and Hall sensor for horizontal distance measuring. MCU LM3S615 calculated the height and horizontal distance data gotten from these sensors. The measuring process is simple, the measuring results are more accurate and the measuring efficiency is higher than traditional measure instruments. The accuracy of height and distance measurement can reach 99.06% and 98.06%.

The function that the system finally needs to realize can basically meet with the middle or small transformer substation’s satisfy, reliably,and automatic running.And it can also realize the transformer substation long-distance management and control by serial communicating with the host computer.

為降低成本和解決現(xiàn)有膜片鉗放大器系統(tǒng)中PC機(jī)的干擾問題,研究了一種基于單片機(jī)的膜片鉗放大器小系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用ADI公司生產(chǎn)的ADuC841作為控制核心,并且配置相應(yīng)的液晶顯示模塊LCM3202401。模擬電路部分采用高輸入阻抗的AD8627實(shí)現(xiàn)微電流信號(hào)的采集,并由后級(jí)電路進(jìn)行信號(hào)的放大和電阻電容的補(bǔ)償。它具有硬件電路簡單、體積小、使用方便的特點(diǎn)。既可以單獨(dú)作為小系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)采集和顯示,也可以通過紅外方式和PC機(jī)進(jìn)行通訊,在PC機(jī)上進(jìn)行信號(hào)的處理。 Abstract: In order to reduce cost and resolve the interferential problem with PC in existing patch clamp amplifiers, a small patch clamp amplifier system design based on microcontroller is studied. It adopts a new high performance microconverter ADuC841 by the ADI as the control core in the system, configuring a liquid crystal module LCM3202401. In the analog circuit, AD8627 with high input impedance is used to detect the low current,signal magnification, as well as resistance and capacitance compensation are accomplished by subsequent circuits. It has the advantage of simple hardware circuit design, small volume and convenient operation. It can either be used as an independent system to measure and show signal detected or transmit to PC by infrared ray.

基于幅移鍵控技術(shù)ASK(Amplitude-Shift Keying),以C8051F340單片機(jī)作為監(jiān)測(cè)終端控制器,C8051F330D單片機(jī)作為探測(cè)節(jié)點(diǎn)控制器,采用半雙工的通信方式,通過監(jiān)控終端和探測(cè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的無線收發(fā)電路,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的雙向無線傳輸。收發(fā)電路采用直徑為0.8 mm的漆包線自行繞制成圓形空心線圈天線,天線直徑為(3.4±0.3)cm。試驗(yàn)表明,探測(cè)節(jié)點(diǎn)與監(jiān)測(cè)終端的通信距離為24 cm,通過橋接方式,節(jié)點(diǎn)收發(fā)功率為102 mW時(shí),節(jié)點(diǎn)間的通信距離可達(dá)20 cm。與傳統(tǒng)無線收發(fā)模塊相比,該無線收發(fā)電路在受體積、功耗、成本限制的場(chǎng)合有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。 Abstract: Based on ASK technology and with the C8051F340 and C8051F330D MCU as the controller, using half-duplex communication mode, this paper achieves bi-directional data transfer. Transceiver circuit constituted by enameled wire which diameter is 0.8mm and wound into a diameter (3.4±0.3) cm circular hollow coil antenna. Tests show that the communication distance between detection and monitoring of the terminal is 24cm,the distance is up to 20cm between two nodes when using the manner of bridging and the node transceiver power is 102mW. Compared with the conventional wireless transceiver modules, the circuit has wide application prospect in small size, low cost and low power consumption and other characteristics.

在需要實(shí)時(shí)大量輸入漢字的顯示控制處理應(yīng)用中,利用傳統(tǒng)單片機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)顯示控制的設(shè)計(jì)方法是較難實(shí)現(xiàn)的。帶漢字字庫的液晶模塊的使用使得小容量ROM單片機(jī)的大量漢字信息輸入與顯示成為可能。提出了針對(duì)漢字字庫編碼的二級(jí)索引拼音輸入檢索方法,介紹了以ST7920作為控制器的帶漢字字庫的液晶顯示模塊的接口方法及漢字顯示和控制原理,給出了通用計(jì)算機(jī)鍵盤在單片機(jī)中的串行接口,采用該技術(shù)可大大增強(qiáng)單片機(jī)的漢字輸入功能。為小容量ROM單片機(jī)的大批量漢字信息處理提供了一種漢字輸入解決方案。 Abstract: It is difficult to realize Chinese characters input method based on the embedded system by using the traditional design method of display control. It is possible to input and display Chinese characters based on the embedded system with the ROM of small content by using the LCD module with Chinese characters.Chinese characters input method of the quadric index recall in allusion to Chinese characters code is brought forward.The interface and the principle of Chinese characters display control based on the LCD module controlled with the ST7920 is introduced too.The serial interface of the computer keyboard in common use and the embedded system is given at the same time. It can enhance the embedded system function of Chinese characters input by using this technology, and provide a kind of Chinese characters input scheme for the embedded system with small capacity ROM.
