遠程電子考試系統，為客戶提供多種考試服務。 客戶可以注冊、登錄、更新個人的注冊信息。客戶注冊時應提供用戶ID（唯一）、密碼、姓名、身份證、電話、電子郵件、證書郵寄地址等信息。用戶注冊成功后，系統將發送一封注冊成功的郵件給客戶。已注冊客戶登錄后，客戶可以在線預約考試時間，在線支付考試費用。系統將發送一封支付成功確認的郵件給客戶，客戶可以在預定的時間內參加考試。如果客戶在預定的時間不能參加考試，系統將保留客戶參加考試的資格，但客戶需要再次預約考試時間。客戶在規定的時間內完成考試后，將能立即得到考試的結果，考試的結果將說明答題的對錯和成績，并發送郵件至參加考試的客戶，在考試規定的時間內若客戶未能完成考試，系統將自動提交。若因為不可避免的故障造成考試不得不中斷，系統管理員可以中斷考試，保留客戶已用的時間以及已答的題目，客戶在一定的時間范圍內可以繼續參加考試或選擇新的考試。
