本文首次設計并驗證了基于macom三合一芯片設計的光模塊電路,該電路旨在提供一種滿足SFF-8472中規定的數字診斷功能的低成本SFP+模塊。電路采用激光器驅動、限幅放大器、控制器以及時鐘恢復單元集成的單芯片,在保證高精度數字診斷功能基礎上,實現了低成本高可靠的特點。該電路在光接收接口組件與激光器驅動和限幅放大器單元的限幅放大器部分之間接入濾波器來提高模塊的靈敏度及信號質量。在控制器單元的數字電位器的引腳上采用外加電阻的方式避免出現上電不發光的故障問題。該研究結果為下一代SFP-DD光模塊設計與開發工作,奠定了一定的理論與實踐基礎。This paper designs and validates the optical module circuit based on the MACOM Trinity chip for the first time.This circuit aims to provide a low-cost SFP module which meets the digital diagnosis function specified in SFF-8472.The circuit uses a single chip integrated with laser driver,limiting amplifier,controller and clock recovery unit.On the basis of ensuring high precision digital diagnosis function,it achieves the Characteristics of low cost and high reliability.The circuit connects a filter between the optical receiving interface module and the limiting amplifier part of the laser driver and limiting amplifier unit to improve the sensitivity and signal quality of the module.The pin of the digital potentiometer in the controller unit is equipped with an external resistance to avoid the problem of power failure.The research results lay a theoretical and practical foundation for optical module design in high-speed data center.
本文設計了一種磁致伸縮位移傳感器,介紹了該磁致伸縮位移傳感器的測量原理,通過結構優化設計提高了儀器的性能,詳述了硬件電路設計及實現方法,完成了軟件設計,實現了高壓充電、問詢脈沖加載、時間測量及濾波等功能,并通過實驗對其性能進行了驗證。所研制的磁致伸縮位移傳感器具有測量精度高、長期穩定性好等特點,滿足了大量程、高精度、惡劣環境等測量的要求。A kind of sensor based on magnetostrictive principle is designed.The measuring principle of the magnetostrictive displacement sensor is introduced,the performance of the instrument is improved by the structural optimization design,and introduced the hardware circuit design and the realization method,completed the software design,realized the functions of the high voltage charging,inquiries pulse loading,time measurement and filtering,and its performance is verified through the experiment.The magnetostrictive displacement sensor has the Characteristics of high measuring precision.The sensor meets the requirements of large range,high precision,poor environment and so on.
隨著科技的發展，人們在日常生活中使用的電器越來越多，電子設備的電磁兼容性（EMC）也越來越重要。所以，人們對電子設備的電磁兼容性的要求也越來越嚴格，越來越規范。而在市場競爭中，如何降低成本、減少設備體積，是各電子設備制造廠家重點研究的課題。通過對開關電源的EMI濾波電路的類別和相應的技術特點進行分析，設計出一種既能提高性能，又能降低成本的濾波電路。With the development of technology, appliances people use in their daily lives, more and more electronic devices electromagnetic compatibility （ EMC ） has become increasingly important. So, people electromagnetic compatibility requirements of electronic devices have become increasingly stringent, more and more standardized. The competition in the market, how to reduce costs, reduce equipment size, is the subject of the electronic equipment manufacturer focused on research. Through the technical Characteristics of the respective category and the EMI filter circuit switching power supply is analyzed both designed to improve a performance of the filter circuit can reduce the cost.
本文提出基于AD2S1210的旋變信號轉換電路,給出了具體的電路實現方法和配置方法.相比以往的RDC方案,本系統具有精度高,設計靈活,可靠性高等特點,可廣泛應用于各種伺服系統中.In this paper, the switching signal conversion circuit based on ADS1210 is proposed, and the specific circuit implementation and configuration method are given. Compared with the previous RDC scheme, this system has the Characteristics of high precision, flexible design and high reliability, and can be widely used in various servo systems.

The timing Characteristics are equivalent to those shown for the-2 and-3speed grades for the Automotive and Defense-grade devices.Spartan-6 FPGA DC and AC Characteristics are specified for commercial (C), industrial (), and expanded (Q) temperature ranges. Only selected speed grades and/or devices might be available in the industrial or expanded temperature ranges for Automotive and Defense-grade devices.
