  • 基于ROM單片機的漢字輸入法的實現(xiàn)

    在需要實時大量輸入漢字的顯示控制處理應(yīng)用中,利用傳統(tǒng)單片機實現(xiàn)顯示控制的設(shè)計方法是較難實現(xiàn)的。帶漢字字庫的液晶模塊的使用使得小容量ROM單片機的大量漢字信息輸入與顯示成為可能。提出了針對漢字字庫編碼的二級索引拼音輸入檢索方法,介紹了以ST7920作為控制器的帶漢字字庫的液晶顯示模塊的接口方法及漢字顯示和控制原理,給出了通用計算機鍵盤在單片機中的串行接口,采用該技術(shù)可大大增強單片機的漢字輸入功能。為小容量ROM單片機的大批量漢字信息處理提供了一種漢字輸入解決方案。 Abstract:  It is difficult to realize Chinese characters input method based on the embeDDed system by using the traditional design method of display control. It is possible to input and display Chinese characters based on the embeDDed system with the ROM of small content by using the LCD module with Chinese characters.Chinese characters input method of the quadric index recall in allusion to Chinese characters code is brought forward.The interface and the principle of Chinese characters display control based on the LCD module controlled with the ST7920 is introduced too.The serial interface of the computer keyboard in common use and the embeDDed system is given at the same time. It can enhance the embeDDed system function of Chinese characters input by using this technology, and provide a kind of Chinese characters input scheme for the embeDDed system with small capacity ROM.

  • 基于C8051F930的管道溫度壓力遠程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)

       為解決輸油管道溫度壓力參數(shù)實時監(jiān)測的問題,設(shè)計了以C8051F930單片機作為控制核心的超低功耗輸油管道溫度壓力遠程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。現(xiàn)場儀表使用高精度電橋采集數(shù)據(jù),通過433 MHz短距離無線通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)與遠程終端RTU進行通信,RTU通過GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)與PC上位機進行遠程數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,在上位機中實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)存儲和圖形化界面顯示,從而實現(xiàn)輸油管道溫度壓力參數(shù)的實時監(jiān)測和異常報警。經(jīng)實驗證明,該系統(tǒng)的12位數(shù)據(jù)采集精度滿足設(shè)計要求,漏碼率小于1%,正常工作時間超過5個月,能實時有效地監(jiān)測輸油管道的溫度壓力參數(shù),節(jié)省大量人工成本,有效預(yù)防管道參數(shù)異常造成的經(jīng)濟損失和環(huán)境污染。 Abstract:  In order to solve the problems on real-time monitoring of pipeline temperature and pressure parameters, the ultra-low power remote pipeline temperature and pressure monitoring system was designed by using the single chip processor C8051F930 as the control core. The high-precision electric bridge was used in field instruments for data collection, the 433MHz short-range wireless communication network was used to make communication between field instrument and RTU, the GPRS was used by the RTU to transmit data to the PC host computer, and the data was stored and displayed in the PC host computer, so the real-time monitoring and exception alerts of pipeline temperature and pressure parameters were achieved. The experiment proves that the system of which error rate is less than 1% over five months working with the 12-bit data acquisition accuracy can effectively monitor the pipeline temperature and pressure parameters in real time, it saves a lot of labor costs and effectively prevents environmental pollution and economic losses caused by abnormal channel parameters.

    為解決傳統(tǒng)可視倒車雷達視頻字符疊加器結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,可靠性差,成本高昂等問題,在可視倒車雷達設(shè)計中采用視頻字符發(fā)生器芯片MAX7456。該芯片集成了所有用于產(chǎn)生用戶定義OSD,并將其插入視頻信號中所需的全部功能,僅需少量的外圍阻容元件即可正常工作。給出了以MAX7456為核心的可視倒車雷達的軟、硬件實現(xiàn)方案及設(shè)計實例。該方案具有電路結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、價格低廉、符合人體視覺習慣的特點。經(jīng)實際裝車測試,按該方案設(shè)計的可視倒車雷達視場清晰、提示字符醒目、工作可靠,可有效降低駕駛員倒車時的工作強度、減少倒車事故的發(fā)生。 Abstract:  A new video and text generation chip,MAX7456,was used in the design of video parking sensor in order to simplify system structure,improve reliability and reduce cost. This chip included all the necessary functions to generate user-defined OSDs and to aDD them into the video signals. It could be put into work with aDDition of just a small number of resistances and capacitors. This paper provided software and hardware implementation solutions and design example based on the chip. The system had the characteristics of simplicity in circuit structure,lower cost,and comfort for the nature of human vision. Loading road test demonstrates high video and text display quality and reliable performance,which makes the driver easy to see backward and reduces chance of accidents.

  • 基于AVR單片機的船舶氣象儀測試系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計

       針對船舶氣象儀保障維修而設(shè)計的船舶氣象儀測試系統(tǒng),包括信息處理終端、主儀器檢測模塊、傳感器檢測模塊,各個模塊都采用基于AVR單片機的嵌入式系統(tǒng),模塊之間通過CAN總線進行通信。結(jié)果表明,船舶氣象儀測試系統(tǒng)能夠快速檢測船舶氣象儀故障,與單純依靠人工方式排查故障相比,故障檢測時間縮短了60%以上。 Abstract:  The test system of ship meteorological instrument was developed to satisfy the maintenance of ship meteorological instruments,which composed of information processing terminal, testing module of main instrument and testing module of sensors. Each of these modules included an embeDDed system based on microcontroller of AVR series and communicated with other module by CAN bus. The results show that the test system can judge the fault of ship meteorological instrument quickly and shorten the fault detection time as much as 60% compared with simple manual troubleshooting.

In order to meet the needs of heat charging mode changing, a new system of heat charging based on IC card is proposed. The user?蒺s energy consumption is calculated by measuring the user inlet and outlet temperature and flow,using the IC card to record the prepaid amount and the current price of heat. The user?蒺s heating costs is calculated according to energy consumption and current price, according to actual heating costs and prepaid amount,the system controls the heating opening or stopping.
