在開(kāi)放式數(shù)控系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了基于ISA總線的DSP通信控制原理。采用中斷方式完成了PC機(jī)和DSP之間的通信。介紹了以DRIVErWorks為工具開(kāi)發(fā)ISA設(shè)備WDM驅(qū)動(dòng)程序的方法,探討了中斷處理、驅(qū)動(dòng)程序與應(yīng)用程序之間的通信,簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明了驅(qū)動(dòng)程序的安裝與調(diào)試。通過(guò)調(diào)試,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。
Abstract:
The ISA bus and DSP correspondence control principle is investigated in the basis of the existing open architecture numerical control system.The interrupt method is used to realize the communication between PC and DSP based on the ISA bus.The methods of WDM DRIVEr exploitation for ISA device using DRIVEr Works are introduced.The main process of DRIVEr program and the keys such as handle interrupt and the communication between the DRIVErs and application are presented.And how to debug and install the DRIVE is explained.

MMC/SD卡以其優(yōu)越的性能,在單片機(jī)嵌入式設(shè)備中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。將MMC/SD卡作為外部掉電存儲(chǔ)介質(zhì)應(yīng)用于音頻信號(hào)發(fā)生器中,通過(guò)8051F330單片機(jī)上的SPI接口,實(shí)現(xiàn)單片機(jī)—MMC/SD卡的存儲(chǔ)擴(kuò)展,設(shè)計(jì)了此硬件平臺(tái)上的MMC/SD卡的單片機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)程序,并給出了相應(yīng)的程序代碼,滿足音頻信號(hào)發(fā)生器的大容量存儲(chǔ)要求。
Abstract:
MMC/SD card is more and more widely used in the single chip embedded devices for their excellent performances.This article introduces the application of MMC/SD card as the external power down storage medium in audio signal generator. The extension technology especially for storage of single chip-MMC/SD card via SPI interfaces in 8051F330 single chip, including designs single chip DRIVE program of MMC/SD card based on hardware platform,and also gives the key coding of the program. The implementation of big capacity storage is meaningful in audio signal generator.

為了解決磁放大器性能測(cè)試過(guò)程中,需要對(duì)其供給不同數(shù)值恒定電流的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于DAC7512和單片機(jī)的數(shù)控恒流源系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用AT89C51作為主控器件,將計(jì)算機(jī)發(fā)送的電流控制字命令轉(zhuǎn)換為D/A轉(zhuǎn)換器控制字,通過(guò)模擬SPI通信接口,寫(xiě)D/A控制字到DAC7512,從而控制其輸出相應(yīng)數(shù)字電壓值,經(jīng)差動(dòng)縮放電路、電壓/電路變換電路和功率驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,最后輸出恒定電流。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,恒流源輸出電流調(diào)節(jié)范圍為-45~+45 mA、精度為±0.1 mA,分辨率達(dá)0.024 4 mA,具有應(yīng)用靈活,外圍電路簡(jiǎn)單,可靠性高的特點(diǎn)。該數(shù)控直流恒流源也可為相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試系統(tǒng)研發(fā)提供參考。
Abstract:
In order to solve the need to supply different values constant current for the magnetic amplifier in testing process, numerical control constant current source system was designed based on DAC7512 chip and microcontroller technology. The system used the AT89C51 as the main chip, which can convert the current control word from computer into to D/A control words. And the system wrote D/A control word into the DAC7512 chip to control the output voltage value by the SPI communication interface, which can output corresponding constant current figures by scaling circuit, the V/I converter and power DRIVE circuit. Experimental results show that the current source output current adjustment range is -45~+45mA, accuracy is ± 0.1mA, and resolution ratio is 0.024 4mA

The PCF8578 is a low power CMOS1 LCD row and column DRIVEr, designed to DRIVE dotmatrix graphic displays at multiplex rates of 1:8, 1:16, 1:24 or 1:32. The device has40 outputs, of which 24 are programmable and configurable for the following ratios ofrows/columns: 32¤8, 24¤16, 16¤24 or 8¤32. The PCF8578 can function as a stand-alone LCDcontroller and DRIVEr for use in small systems. For larger systems it can be used inconjunction with up to 32 PCF8579s for which it has been optimized. Together these twodevices form a general purpose LCD dot matrix DRIVEr chip set, capable of driving displaysof up to 40960 dots. The PCF8578 is compatible with most microcontrollers andcommunicates via a two-line bidirectional bus (I2C-bus). Communication overhead isminimized by a display RAM with auto-incremented addressing and display bankswitching.

The systemmaster can enable the I/Os as either inputs or outputs by writing to the I/O configurationbits. The data for each Input or Output is kept in the corresponding Input or Outputregister. The polarity of the read register can be inverted with the Polarity Inversionregister. All registers can be read by the system master. Although pin-to-pin and I2C-busaddress compatible with the PCF8575, software changes are required due to theenhancements, and are discussed in Application Note AN469.
