  • 1 Seismic response control using electromagnetic

    This paper presents a new type of electromagnetic damper with rotating inertial mass that has been devel oped to control the vibrations of structures subjected to earthquakes. The electromagnetic inertial mass damper (EIMD) consists of a ball screw that converts axial oscillation of the rod end into rotational motion of the internal flflywheel and an ELECTRIC generator that is turned by the rotation of the inner rod. The EIMD is able to generate a large inertial force created by the rotating flflywheel and a variable damping force devel oped by the ELECTRIC generator. Device performance tests of reduced-scale and full-scale EIMDs were under taken to verify the basic characteristics of the damper and the validity of the derived theoretical formulae. Shaking table tests of a three-story structure with EIMDs and earthquake response analyses of a building with EIMDs were conducted to demonstrate the seismic response control performance of the EIMD. The EIMD is able to reduce story drifts as well as accelerations and surpasses conventional types of dampers in reducing acceleration responses.

    目前電動(dòng)汽車主要以鋰電池作為動(dòng)力來源,為了提高鋰電池的使用時(shí)間和安全性,為鋰電池提供安全良好的運(yùn)行環(huán)境,電池管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。BMS主控單元基于S32K144汽車級(jí)單片機(jī),通過主從式網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制結(jié)構(gòu)能夠?qū)︿囯姵氐母鱾€(gè)參數(shù)進(jìn)行采集與分析。采用擴(kuò)展卡爾曼濾波對(duì)電池的荷電狀態(tài)(SOC)進(jìn)行估算,克服普通估算方法無法避免電池內(nèi)阻誤差的缺點(diǎn),通過Matlab/Simulink軟件仿真驗(yàn)證可使估算誤差達(dá)到2%以內(nèi)。At present,ELECTRIC vehicles mainly use lithium batteries as the power source.In order to improve the running time and safety of lithium batteries,a safe and good operating environment for power batteries is provided,and a battery management system(BMS) has emerged.The BMS main control unit is based on the S32K144 automotive-grade control chip.Through the master-slave network control structure,it can collect and analyze the various parameters of the lithium battery.The Extended Kalman Filter(EKF) is used to estimate the state of charge(SOC) of the battery,which overcomes the shortcomings of the internal estimation method that cannot overcome the internal resistance error of the battery.It can be verified by Matlab/Simulink software simulation.The estimation error is within 2%.

    對(duì)某四輪獨(dú)立驅(qū)動(dòng)電動(dòng)汽車輪轂電機(jī)進(jìn)行研究,設(shè)計(jì)一種永磁無刷直流電機(jī)控制器.以STM32F103RBT6芯片為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)電路、采樣電路和保護(hù)電路分別進(jìn)行硬件設(shè)計(jì)與分析;同時(shí),采用模塊化軟件設(shè)計(jì)方案,對(duì)該控制器的軟件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行升級(jí).實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證表明:所設(shè)計(jì)的電機(jī)控制器能使電機(jī)響應(yīng)迅速、轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定、無超調(diào),且電動(dòng)車動(dòng)力輸出性能良好.A permanent magnet brushless direct current motor controller was designed by studying the hub motor of a four-wheel independent drive ELECTRIC vehicle.Based on STM32 F103RBT6 chip,the hardware design and analysis of motor drive circuit,sampling circuit and protection circuit were carried out respectively.At the same time,modular software design scheme was adopted to upgrade the software system of the controller.Experimental results show that the designed motor controller can ensure the motor fast response,stable speed,no overshoot,and good power output performances.

    本系統(tǒng)采用電動(dòng)機(jī)電樞供電回路串接采樣電阻的方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)小型直流有刷電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速測(cè)量。該系統(tǒng)主要由二階低通濾波電路,小信號(hào)放大電路、單片機(jī)測(cè)量顯示電路、開關(guān)穩(wěn)壓電源電路等組成。同時(shí)自制電機(jī)測(cè)速裝置,用高頻磁環(huán)作為載體,用線圈繞制磁環(huán),利用電磁感應(yīng)原理檢測(cè)電機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)的漏磁,將變化的磁場(chǎng)信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化為磁環(huán)上的感應(yīng)電流。用信號(hào)處理單元電路將微弱電信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化為脈沖信號(hào),送由單片機(jī)檢測(cè),從而達(dá)到準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量電機(jī)的速度的要求。In this system, the sampling resistance of armature power supply circuit is connected in series to measure the speed of small DC brush motor. The system is mainly composed of second-order low-pass filter circuit, small signal amplifier circuit, single-chip measurement and display circuit, switching regulated power supply circuit and so on. At the same time, the self-made motor speed measuring device uses high frequency magnetic ring as the carrier, coil winding magnetic ring, and electromagnetic induction principle to detect the leakage of magnetic field during the operation of the motor, which converts the changed magnetic field signal into the induced current on the magnetic ring. The weak ELECTRIC signal is transformed into pulse signal by signal processing unit circuit, which is sent to single chip computer for detection, so as to meet the requirement of accurate measurement of motor speed.

    隨著光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)快速發(fā)展,以及電動(dòng)汽車充電樁的普及,傳統(tǒng)的剩余電流保護(hù)器無法滿足實(shí)際需求。介紹了一款B型剩余電流保護(hù)器,采用磁調(diào)制剩余電流互感器和零序電流互感器采集剩余電流。根據(jù)GB/T 22794—2017標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,可識(shí)別1 kHz及以下的正弦交流、帶和不帶直流分量的脈動(dòng)直流、平滑直流等剩余電流信號(hào)。經(jīng)信號(hào)調(diào)理電路將電壓信號(hào)送到單片機(jī)進(jìn)行采集和判斷。通過試驗(yàn)測(cè)試,該樣機(jī)在測(cè)試精度和速度上均符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的相關(guān)要求。The rapid development of photovoltaic power generation systems and the popularity of ELECTRIC vehicle charging piles make the traditional residual current protective devices unable to meet the actual demand.This paper proposed a type B residual current protective device,which uses the magnetically modulated residual current transformer and the zero sequence current transformer to acquire the residual current.According to the requirements of GB/T 22794—2017,the type B residual current protective device can detect sinusoidal AC residual current of 1kHz and below 1kHz,pulsating DC residual current with and without DC component,smooth DC residual current and so on.The signal processing circuit sends the voltage signal to the MCU for acquisition and judgment.Through experimental tests,the device meets the relevant requirements of national standards in terms of test accuracy and speed.
