Batch version of the back-propagation algorithm.
% Given a set of corresponding input-output pairs and an initial network
% [W1,W2,critvec,iter]=batbp(NetDef,W1,W2,PHI,Y,trparms) trains the
% network with backpropagation.
%
% The activation functions must be either linear or tanh. The network
% architecture is defined by the matrix NetDef consisting of two
% rows. The first row specifies the hidden layer while the second
% specifies the output layer.

A Convex Hull is the smallest convex polygon that contains every point of the set S. A polygon P is convex if and only if, for any two points A and B inside the polygon, the line segment AB is inside P.
One way to visualize a convex hull is to put a "rubber band" around all the points, and let it wrap as tight as it can. The resultant polygon is a convex hull.
