This sample displays a basic integer calculator powered
by the 8051 microcontroller. Although Keil C51 has a
full floating point math library the evaluation version
is restricted to 2k of object code, so we have constrained
this sample to integer maths in order to fit within this limit.
The program for this design was written in C using the
Keil uVision 2 IDE for which Proteus VSM provides
a Debug Monitor driver.
Instructions for configuring Proteus to run in conjunction
with the Keil environment can be found by editing the
8051 microcontroller on the schematic (point at it and
press CTRL-E) and then clicking on the help button
on the Edit Component dialogue form.
MPI stands for the Message Passing Interface. Written by the MPI Forum (a large committee comprising of a cross-section between industry and research representatives), MPI is a standardized API typically used for parallel and/or distributed computing. The MPI standard is comprised of 2 documents: MPI-1 (published in 1994) and MPI-2 (published in 1996). MPI-2 is, for the most part, additions and extensions to the original MPI-1 specification.
The MPI-1 and MPI-2 documents can be downloaded from the official MPI Forum web site: http://www.mpi-forum.org/.
Open MPI is an open source, freely available implementation of both the MPI-1 and MPI-2 documents. The Open MPI software achieves high performance the Open MPI project is quite receptive to community input.
Rotates an image by the angle degrees in the % CCW direction. Degrees may be any number. % The function will put degrees in the range 0 % to 360 degrees and then into a range of -45 to 45 % degrees after performing elementary 90 degree rotations.
Pocket 1945 is a classic shooter inspired by the classic 1942 game. The game is written in C# targeting the .NET Compact Framework. This article is my first submission to Code Project and is my contribution to ongoing .NET CF competition.
