Since OpenStreetMap (OSM) appeared more than ten years ago, new collaborative mapping approaches have emerged in different areas and have become important components of localised INformation and services based on localisation. There is now increased awareness of the importance of the space-time attributes of almost every event and phenomenon. Citizens now have endless possibilities to quickly geographically locate themselves with an accuracy previously thought impossible. Based on these societal drivers, we proposed a number of collaborative mapping experiments (“mapping parties”) to delegates of a large open-source geospatial conference and to citizens of the conference’s host city during July 2015.

隨著存儲技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展，存儲業(yè)務(wù)需求的不斷增長，獨(dú)立的磁盤冗余陣列可利用多個磁盤并行存取提高存儲系統(tǒng)的性能。磁盤陣列技術(shù)采用硬件和軟件兩種方式實(shí)現(xiàn)，軟件RAID（Redundant Array of Independent Disks）主要利用操作系統(tǒng)提供的軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)磁盤冗余陣列功能，對系統(tǒng)資源利用率高，節(jié)省成本。硬件RAID將大部分RAID功能集成到一塊硬件控制器中，系統(tǒng)資源占用率低，可移植性好。 分析了軟件RAID的性能瓶頸，使用硬件直接完成部分計算提高軟件RAID性能。針對RAID5采用FPGA（Field Programmable Gate Array）技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)RAID控制器硬件設(shè)計，完成磁盤陣列啟動、數(shù)據(jù)緩存（Cache）以及數(shù)據(jù)XOR校驗(yàn)等功能。基于硬件RAID的理論，提出一種基于Virtex-4的硬件RAID控制器的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案：獨(dú)立微處理器和較大容量的內(nèi)存；實(shí)現(xiàn)RAID級別遷移，在線容量擴(kuò)展，在線數(shù)據(jù)熱備份等高效、用戶可定制的高級RAID功能；利用Virtex-4內(nèi)置硬PowerPC完成RAID服務(wù)器部分配置和管理工作，運(yùn)行Linux操作系統(tǒng)、RAID管理軟件等。控制器既可以作為RAID控制卡在服務(wù)器上使用，也可作為一個獨(dú)立的系統(tǒng)，成為磁盤陣列的調(diào)試平臺。 隨著集成電路的發(fā)展，芯片的體積越來越小，電路的布局布線密度越來越大，信號的工作頻率也越來越高，高速電路的傳輸線效應(yīng)和信號完整性問題越來越明顯。RAID控制器屬于高速電路的范疇，在印刷電路板（Printed Circuit Block, PCB）實(shí)現(xiàn)時分別從疊層設(shè)計、布局、電源完整性、阻抗匹配和串?dāng)_等方面考慮了信號完整性問題，并基于IBIS（I/O Buffer INformation Specification）模型進(jìn)行了信號完整性分析及仿真。

當(dāng)前全球定位系統(tǒng)（Navigation Satellite Timing And Ranging Global Position System，簡稱GPS）廣泛應(yīng)用于艦船導(dǎo)航，航空航天，地理測繪等領(lǐng)域，特別是移動式定位系統(tǒng)對于目前的城市交通管理有著非常重要的意義。本文分析了當(dāng)前交通管理中的實(shí)際問題，介紹了一種車載終端的設(shè)計方法。設(shè)計采用ARM9內(nèi)核的S3C2410微處理器構(gòu)造的嵌入式系統(tǒng)，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對GPS定位信息的接受和處理，并采用嵌入式Linux操作系統(tǒng)，結(jié)合開放式Linux圖形軟件Qt，可以為后續(xù)的建立地理信息系統(tǒng)（Geographic INformation system，簡稱GIS）提供數(shù)據(jù)支持，是集GPS全球衛(wèi)星定位系統(tǒng)和通用分組無線業(yè)務(wù)（General Packet Radio Service，簡稱GPRS）無線通信技術(shù)于一體的新型電子產(chǎn)品。它為現(xiàn)代交通運(yùn)輸提供了新穎，可靠，有效的控制和管理途徑。 車載終端通過將GPS模塊的定位信息提取出來，一方面將定位信息在車載終端上顯示，一方面又結(jié)合車輛的狀態(tài)信息通過GPRS模塊發(fā)送出去，該信息通過無線公共網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸給車輛管理部門。車輛管理部門根據(jù)車輛的位置和狀態(tài)等，結(jié)合GIS系統(tǒng)中的地圖信息提供GPS數(shù)據(jù)的差分修正，并采取一定的措施，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)車輛的有效管理。 本設(shè)計從硬件和軟件兩大部分出發(fā)，硬件上設(shè)計了ARM處理器、存儲器、內(nèi)存及其外圍電路，另外還有GPS模塊電路和GPRS模塊電路；軟件上采用Qt的人機(jī)界面完成數(shù)據(jù)顯示與更新，采用PPP撥號腳本完成GPRS模塊的撥號，通過Qt多線程編程的方法完成GPS數(shù)據(jù)的提取和GPRS的信息發(fā)送。在硬件和軟件之間采用了嵌入式Linux系統(tǒng)，包括啟動代碼、內(nèi)核和文件系統(tǒng)等。
