The ARM Cortex -A8 microprocessor is the first applications microprocessor in ARM!ˉs
new Cortex family. With high performance and power efficiency, it targets a wide
variety of mobile and consumer applications Including mobile phones, set-top boxes,

* Easy to port to new SB1250/BCM1480 designs
* Initializes CPUs, caches, memory controllers, and peripherals
* Built-in device drivers for SB1250 SOC peripherals

This is a simulator written in Tcl to simulate a network node carrying GSM and GPRS traffics with QoS mechanisms. The payload type Including circuit-switched voice, VoIP and web traffic, and the performance Including packet drop, delay can be analyzed. The implemented QoS mechanism is DiffServ, with 4 RED queues for different services with different priorities.
