    首先研究CAN總線和SAE J1939協(xié)議,提出一種基于MC9S12HZ256微控制器的總線式汽車數(shù)字儀表解決方案。詳細(xì)介紹SAE J1939協(xié)議的報文幀格式及應(yīng)用層協(xié)議中發(fā)動機(jī)相關(guān)參數(shù)的定義,以及步進(jìn)電機(jī)及其驅(qū)動和車速信號的處理方法。該數(shù)字儀表系統(tǒng)硬件平臺由微處理器和信號采集和信息處理及顯示等模塊組成。軟件設(shè)計部分編程實(shí)現(xiàn)了對CAN總線和各傳感器數(shù)據(jù)的讀取、處理。該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崟r反映車輛工況。 Abstract:  In this paper,CAN bus and SAE J1939protocol are researched,and a vehicle digital instrument solution based on MC9S12HZ256MCU is proposed.The message frame format and some engine-related parameters’definition in SAE J1939application layer protocol are introduced in detail.Stepper motor and its driver,the methods of speed signal process-ing are also introduced.The hardware platform of vehicle digital instrument is composed by MCU,signal acquisition mod-ule,and signal processing and displaying module.Data receiving and processing from CAN bus and sensors are accom-plished by programming,and vehicle condition can be reflected in real-time.

    實(shí)時時鐘是微機(jī)保護(hù)裝置的重要部件,在討論P(yáng)CF8583結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的基礎(chǔ)上,提出采用dsPIC33F系列微處理器與串行I2C時鐘PCF8583的接口設(shè)計方案,給出了相應(yīng)的接口電路與軟件流程。該設(shè)計方案結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,可靠性高,開發(fā)周期短,具有一定的實(shí)用與參考價值。所設(shè)計的微機(jī)保護(hù)裝置已投入現(xiàn)場運(yùn)行,效果良好。 Abstract:  Real-time clock chip is an important part in microcomputer protection device.Based on discussing the structure and function of PCF8583,a new interface scheme which uses dsPIC33F microprocessor and serial clock chip(I2C)PCF8583is proposed.The method of the circuit design and the main software flow are introduced in this paper.The scheme has simple structure,higher reliability and shorter exploitation cycle,so has definite practicality or reference value.The microcomputer protection device has been put into operation with better effects.

  • 基于C8051F320的心電監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

    介紹一種基于C8051單片機(jī)的動態(tài)心電監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)由兩部分組成:以C8051F320單片機(jī)為核心的數(shù)據(jù)采集裝置和以PC機(jī)為平臺的分析處理系統(tǒng)。硬件電路功耗低,由單片機(jī)自帶的USB接口將數(shù)據(jù)傳送給PC機(jī)。軟件平臺采用LabVIEW可視化虛擬儀器系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺,將傳統(tǒng)儀器的功能模塊集成到計算機(jī)中,用戶可通過修改虛擬儀器的程序改變其功能。采用USB接口實(shí)時傳輸心電數(shù)據(jù),并將數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊設(shè)計為計算機(jī)外設(shè),使該系統(tǒng)高速快捷、小巧便攜。 Abstract:  In this design,a low-cost ECG electrocardiogram monitoring system is introduced,which consists of two parts:data acquisition device based on C8051F320and PC terminal as the analysis and processing system.The system is low-power consumption,the data is transmitted to the PC terminal by USB interface of the C8051F320.By using the visible virtual instrument system developing platform LabVIEW,the traditional instruments function modules are integrated into the computer,so the user can modify virtual instrument software to change its function to meet their needs.Using USB in-terface to realize real-time ECG data transmission,in addition,ECG data acquisition module is designed as the computer peripheral,which makes the syetem high-speed and portable.

    該系統(tǒng)由單片機(jī)89S52控制模塊,程控寬帶放大模塊,整形模塊,F(xiàn)PGA內(nèi)頻率、相位差測量模塊等構(gòu)成,采用等精度測頻法測出頻率和周期,可測量有效值為0.01~5V,頻率范圍1Hz~20MHz信號的頻率、周期信號,精度高達(dá)10-6。采用計數(shù)法測量相位差,該系統(tǒng)可測量有效值0.5~5V,頻率10Hz~100kHz信號的相位差,精度為1°。系統(tǒng)功能由按鍵控制,測量結(jié)果實(shí)時顯示,人機(jī)界面友好。 Abstract:  The system consists of the following functional blocks:89S52microcontroller controlling module,programmable amplifier module,comparator module,frequency and phase difference testing module in the FPGA.The system use the equal accuracy frequency-examining technique it measures frequency and circle of signal which its ranges is from1Hz to20MHz and the amplitude of which its range is from0.01Vrms to5Vrms,precision is up to10-6.Using of count method,the system detects the phase difference of signal,the amplitude of whic its range is from0.5Vrms to5Vrms and the frequency of which its ranges is from10Hz to100kHz,precision is up to1°,The system functions is controlled by certain keys,measurement results are displayed in real-time and it is friendly interface.

  • 基于ATmega16的標(biāo)記機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)

    介紹了當(dāng)前普通標(biāo)記機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀及其存在缺點(diǎn),給出氣動標(biāo)記機(jī)及相頻修正PWM模式的工作原理。采用ATmega16單片機(jī)和USB轉(zhuǎn)換RS232接口器件CH341T實(shí)現(xiàn)驅(qū)動控制系統(tǒng)與PC的實(shí)時通訊,標(biāo)記控制系統(tǒng)可升級到USB接口。采用基于ATmega16的相頻修正PWM替換555振蕩電路產(chǎn)生的PWM,可直接通過軟件調(diào)整PWM信號。使用達(dá)林頓三極管TIP122替代直流繼電器驅(qū)動高頻電磁閥,使得電磁閥驅(qū)動電路簡單,成本低廉。該控制系統(tǒng)已成功應(yīng)用于氣動標(biāo)記機(jī)。 Abstract:  In this paper,the actuality and demerit of the common gas marking machine control systems are described.The operation principle of the gas marking machine and the phase and frequency correct PWM of ATmega16is introduced.The real-time communication between the driving control system and PC by CH341T which its function is translated USB to RS232is realized,the control systems is updated grade to USB interface.The PWM signal can be adjustable by software for the555surge circuit was substituted by the phase and frequency.The high frequency electromagnetic value’s driving circuit by DC relay is replaced by TIP122,therefore,the circuit is become simple and the cost cheap.The control systems has been widely used in gas marking machine.

At the same time,the software and hardware deign of module is presented,And the speciaties and use notices of MS5534B are given.

At the same time,it can be solely run a long time in virtue of SD card in field.The date aequisition device features low cost,simple structure and little sharp, and it has been used in industry field.
