OReilly.Java.Rmithis book provides strategies for working with serialization,
threading, the RMI registry, sockets and socket factories, activation,
dynamic class downloading, HTTP tunneling, distributed garbage
collection, JNDI, and CORBA. In short, a treasure trove of valuable
RMI Knowledge packed into one book.
The Red Hat Linux and Fedora distributions have become one of the major Linux
distributions, bringing to the PC all the power and flexibility of a Unix workstation as
well as a complete set of Internet applications and a fully functional desktop
interface. This book is designed not only to be a complete reference on Linux, but also to
provide clear and detailed explanations of Linux features. No prior Knowledge of Unix is
assumed Linux is an operating system anyone can use
In this paper, we describe the development of a rapidly reconfigurable system in which the users’ tacit Knowledge and requirements are
elicited via a process of Interactive Evolution, finding the image processing parameters to achieve the required goals without any need for
specialised Knowledge of the machine vision system. We show that the resulting segmentation can be quickly and easily evolved from
scratch, and achieves detection rates comparable to those of a hand-tuned system on a hot-rolled steel defect recognition problem.
In the last three articles, I’ve been walking you through the creation of an end-to-end BlackBerry application that will serve as a mobile front-end to my Knowledge Base sample web application.
Introduction
Matlab is an ideal tool for simulating digital communications systems, thanks to
its easy scripting language and excellent data visualization capabilities. One of the
most frequent simulation tasks in the field of digital communications is bit-error-
rate testing of modems. The bit-error-rate performance of a receiver is a figure of
merit that allows different designs to be compared in a fair manner. Performing
bit-error-rate testing withMatlab is very simple, but does require some prerequisite
Knowledge.
Abstract. The main aim of this research is to improve communication between student and teacher by using the developing mobile information technologies. Implementing such technologies in education may help to develop learning environments to share the Knowledge among students and increase their motivation to possible highest level. Based on mobile equipments used in daily life an online student announcement system has been developed which aims to provide sharing of documents and communication ways between students and teachers.
S60 SDL is a Simple DirectMedia Layer adaptation for S60. SDL is a cross-platform multimedia library: Applications and libraries built on SDL can easily be ported to other operating systems. But S60 SDL does more than makes porting easy: S60 multimedia applications can be implemented without any Knowledge of Symbian C++ native API and a developer can use SDL and standard C, C++ interfaces. The SDL development supports both Nokia OpenC and Symbian stdlib (ESTLIB) C implementations.
JWebChart is a simple package to allow anyone to render complex charts using a Java Servlet. The product was primarily written to allow Warfare to render charts from data sources, which as a tool kit is specifically design for people with no programming Knowledge
使用TWAIN讀取掃描儀的圖像。In Windows imaging applications, the most used API for scanning is TWAIN www.twain.org. Unfortunately, the new .NET Framework has no built-in support for TWAIN. So we have to work with the interop methods of .NET to access this API. This article doesn t explain this interop techniques, and good Knowledge of the TWAIN 1.9 specifications is assumed! The sample code included doesn t present a finished library, only some essential steps for a minimal TWAIN adaption to .NET applications.
