本系統(tǒng)是為了提高騰達公司自動化辦公的水平、經(jīng)過詳細的調(diào)查分析初步制定了騰達公司庫存信息管理系統(tǒng)。基于WINDOWS 98 平臺，使用MICROsoft Access97， 在Visual Basic 6.0編程環(huán)境下開發(fā)的庫存信息管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用交互是人機對話和模塊化設計方式，實現(xiàn)對系統(tǒng)管理，其開發(fā)主要包括后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立和維護以及前端應用程序的開發(fā)兩方面。對于前者要求建立起資料一致性和完整性強、資料安全性好的庫。而對于后者則要求應用程序功能完備，易使用等特點此管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)主要為了滿足管理者的需求，使他們的工作量減少，工作難度降低，風險性減小。同時使用這個系統(tǒng)還有利用數(shù)據(jù)的查詢和保存。這個系統(tǒng)的5個主菜單以及若干個子菜單可以滿足管理者的所有需求，使其工作滿足現(xiàn)代化管理的要求。
