  • 直流電動機測速裝置

    本系統(tǒng)采用電動機電樞供電回路串接采樣電阻的方式來實現(xiàn)對小型直流有刷電動機的轉(zhuǎn)速測量。該系統(tǒng)主要由二階低通濾波電路,小信號放大電路、單片機測量顯示電路、開關(guān)穩(wěn)壓電源電路等組成。同時自制電機測速裝置,用高頻磁環(huán)作為載體,用線圈繞制磁環(huán),利用電磁感應原理檢測電機運行時的漏磁,將變化的磁場信號轉(zhuǎn)化為磁環(huán)上的感應電流。用信號處理單元電路將微弱電信號轉(zhuǎn)化為脈沖信號,送由單片機檢測,從而達到準確測量電機的速度的要求。In this system, the sampling resistance of armature power supply circuit is connected in series to measure the speed of small DC brush motor. The system is mainly composed of second-order low-pass filter circuit, small signal amplifier circuit, single-chip measurement and display circuit, switching regulated power supply circuit and so on. At the same time, the self-made motor speed measuring device uses high frequency magnetic ring as the carrier, coil winding magnetic ring, and electromagnetic induction principle to detect the leakage of magnetic field during the OPERATION of the motor, which converts the changed magnetic field signal into the induced current on the magnetic ring. The weak electric signal is transformed into pulse signal by signal processing unit circuit, which is sent to single chip computer for detection, so as to meet the requirement of accurate measurement of motor speed.

    在半導體制冷技術(shù)的工作性能及其優(yōu)缺點研究的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了以單片機為核心控制元件,以TEC1-12706為執(zhí)行元件的半導體制冷溫度控制系統(tǒng)。采用高精度分段式PID控制算法配合PWM輸出控制的方法實現(xiàn)溫度控制;選擇數(shù)字傳感器DS18B20為溫度檢測元件,還包含1602液晶顯示模塊、按鍵調(diào)整輸入模塊和H橋驅(qū)動模塊等。實際測試表明,該系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單易行,操作方便,工作性能優(yōu)良,同時針對該系統(tǒng)專門設(shè)計的溫控算法,使半導體制冷器能更好地適應不同工況而充分發(fā)揮其制冷制熱工作特性。Based on the study of the performance and advantages and disadvantages of thermoelectric cooler(TEC)technology,a thermoelectric cooling temperature control system with single-chip microcomputer as the core control element and TEC1-12706 as the executive element was designed. High precision piecewise PID control algorithm combined with PWM output control method is adopted to realize temperature control. The digital sensor DS18B20 is selected as the temperature detection element. It also includes 1602 LCD module,key adjustment input module and H bridge drive module. The actual test shows that the system has simple structure,convenient OPERATION and excellent performance. Meanwhile,the temperature control algorithm specially designed for the system can make the semiconductor cooler better adapt to different working conditions and give full play to its refrigeration and heating characteristics.

    溫度控制如今已成為當代社會研究的熱點之一,而溫度檢測在現(xiàn)代設(shè)備參數(shù)檢測中也是一項極其重要的技術(shù),應用十分廣泛。與傳統(tǒng)的測溫方法相比,紅外測溫方法具有時間短、精度高、使用簡單方便等優(yōu)點。本文以環(huán)境溫度為被測對象,設(shè)計了以STC89C52單片機為控制中心的紅外測溫裝置,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對目標溫度的實時采集、處理、顯示和報警等功能。本設(shè)計主要是由STC89C52單片機、紅外測溫傳感器、LCD1602液晶顯示器、按鍵和蜂鳴器等部分組成,采用非接觸的方式對目標溫度進行實時檢測。Temperature control has become one of the hotspots in contemporary social research,and temperature detection is an extremely important technology in modern equipment parameter detection.Compared with traditional method,the infrared temperature measuring method has advantages of short time,high precision and convenient OPERATION,etc.This paper consider environment temperature as research objects and designs an infrared temperature measuring device which employs the STC89C52singlechipas-control center,and it can realize timely collection,processing,display and alarm function of the target temperature.The design is mainly composed of STC89C52 singlechip,infrared temperature sensor,LCD1602monitor,keys and buzzer,etc.This design detects the target temperature by non-contact method.

    文章提出了一種基于AT89S51單片機的智能家居系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,該系統(tǒng)具有室內(nèi)煤氣以及煙霧的檢測、家庭室內(nèi)防盜等功能。文章詳細分析了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計,詳盡分析并設(shè)計了煤氣傳感器模塊、煙霧傳感器模塊、人體紅外感應傳感器模塊、報警模塊等各硬件部分,并利用PROTUES軟件進行了系統(tǒng)仿真。仿真結(jié)果證明:系統(tǒng)具有成本低、效率高、操作方便等優(yōu)點,達到了預期設(shè)計的效果。This paper presents the design of an intelligent home system based on AT89S51 microcontroller.The system has the functions of detecting indoor gas and smoke,guarding against theft in the home,and so on.The overall design of the system is analyzed in detail.The gas sensor module,smoke sensor module,human infrared sensor module,alarm module and other hardware parts are analyzed and designed in detail,and the system simulation is carried out using PROTUES software.The simulation results show that the system has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency,convenient OPERATION and so on,and achieves the expected design effect.

  • 基于Proteus的單片機模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換電路的設(shè)計與仿真

    以單片機控制A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器TLC549為例,對A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器的主要技術(shù)指標進行了分析研究,在Proteus平臺下,完成了A/D轉(zhuǎn)換電路的構(gòu)建,采用器件工作時序方式進行程序編寫,借助仿真圖表、虛擬儀器等工具對A/D轉(zhuǎn)換的數(shù)據(jù)進行測量并對失調(diào)誤差、增益誤差、微分非線性、積分非線性和轉(zhuǎn)換時間等重要參數(shù)進行了詳細分析。結(jié)果表明:使用Proteus軟件可對A/D轉(zhuǎn)換過程進行定性分析,將抽象的A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器技術(shù)指標直觀化、形象化展現(xiàn)出來,有助于學生更好地理解A/D轉(zhuǎn)換過程。The main technical indicators of A/D converter were analyzed and studied with an example from A/D converter TLC2543 which is controlled by using SCM.It was completed the construction of the A/D converter circuit under the Proteus software.The programming based on the OPERATION sequence of the chip is put forward.With the aid of the simulation tools such as virtual instrument,simulation charts provided by Proteus,the important parameters of circuit such as offset error,gain error,differential nonlinearity(DNL),integral nonlinearity (INL) and conversion time are analyzed detailedly.Simulation results show that the A/D conversion process can be qualitatively analyzed and visualized the abstract indicators of A/D.The system can help students better to understand the SCM conversion process.

    實驗教學一直是工科教學中不可或缺的組成部分,對培養(yǎng)學生的動手能力,獨立思考能力,創(chuàng)新思維與發(fā)散思維具有重要的作用。針對目前電路教學實驗中電路仿真實驗與實物電路實驗各自獨立,無法統(tǒng)一問題,提出將仿真電路實驗與實物電路實驗有機的結(jié)合同步操作,并使用Web發(fā)布實現(xiàn)遠程實驗操作。采用Multisim作為電路實驗仿真平臺,NI Eiviss II作為實物電路實驗硬件平臺,運用LabVIEW整合Multisim電路仿真實驗與實物電路實驗,實現(xiàn)仿真與實物實驗有機結(jié)合,兩種實驗可同步進行。學生在仿真實驗中先可探索實驗,然后做實物實驗。同時運用LabVIEW開發(fā)出實驗過程人機交互操作接口界面,使用過程中效果良好。Experimental teaching has always been an indispensable part of engineering education.And it always plays an important role in cultivating students'practical ability,independent thinking ability,innovative thinking and divergent thinking.But simulation experiment and physical experiment cannot be unified in the circuit teaching experiment at present.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes to combine organically the simulation circuit experiment with physical circuit experiment,and synchronously operate them.This paper uses the WEB publishing to achieve remote experimental OPERATION.Multisim is used as the circuit simulation platform,and NI Eiviss II is used as the physical circuit hardware platform.Multisim circuit simulation experiment and physical circuit experiment are implemented by LabVIEW to realize the combination of simulation experiment and physical experiment.Students do explore experiments in simulation experiment firstly,and then do physical experiment.And this paper uses LabVIEW to develop the experimental man-machine interface.
