Point RTOS 主要是一個針對小系統(tǒng)開發(fā)而設(shè)計的實時操作系統(tǒng)。 目前，Point RTOS 僅提供對51系列及其擴展系統(tǒng)單片機的支持， 針對51內(nèi)核函數(shù)不能重入以及51單片機的內(nèi)存空間管理方式等因素， RTOS放棄了搶先式內(nèi)核的調(diào)度，而使用了時間片的調(diào)度方式，除非任務(wù)主動放棄， 否則任務(wù)將獨占CPU一直運行，因而任務(wù)中必須完成對本次操作的時間片設(shè)置，即等時間的設(shè)置。
