      PIC16C54C為8位單片機(jī),指令字長(zhǎng)12位,全部指令都是單字節(jié)指令,系統(tǒng)為哈佛結(jié)構(gòu),數(shù)據(jù)總線和程序總線各自獨(dú)立分開(kāi),數(shù)據(jù)總線寬度為8位,程序總線寬度為12位,內(nèi)部程序存儲(chǔ)器為512×12位,內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)寄存器為32×8位。   PIC16C54C有12根雙向可獨(dú)立編程I/O引腳,分為PORTA和PortB兩個(gè)端口,其中PORTA為RA0~RA3,PortB為RB0~RB7,每根I/O引腳可由程序來(lái)編程決定其輸入輸出方向。   PIC16C54C提供四種可選振蕩方式:   - RC,低成本的阻容振蕩方式   - XT,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)晶體/陶瓷振蕩   - HS,高速晶體/陶瓷振蕩   - LP,低功耗,低頻晶體振蕩 更多鎖相環(huán)知識(shí)請(qǐng)?jiān)L問(wèn) http://www.elecfans.com/zhuanti/PLL.html

    m16+cp2200組成的網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口。 m16使用內(nèi)部RC振蕩8M,如果要提高主頻,請(qǐng)注意修改模擬總線讀函數(shù)。 cp2200模塊使用www.icdev.com.cn的,更改pin44連接VCC,即總線復(fù)用方式,地址數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)用。 軟件編寫使用avrstudio4.12+sp4+winavr(avrstudio自帶的winavr嵌入方式)。 硬件連接: m16 | cp2200 PORTA | AD0-7 PB0 | RST PB1 | CS PB2 | RD PB3 | WR PD2 | INT PD3 | ALE(A3) 由于采用的是m16做為主控,只能使用總線模擬方式,其讀寫速度有限,經(jīng)測(cè)試約為雙向11.8kBps(90kbps)。 由于ram有限,僅僅采用了332Bytes的數(shù)據(jù)緩沖做為收發(fā)buffer,超過(guò)此長(zhǎng)度的以太網(wǎng)包將拋棄。 此工程文件僅僅做為cp220x的一個(gè)移植范例,高級(jí)tcpip應(yīng)用代碼因商業(yè)緣故不會(huì)提供,請(qǐng)勿找我詢問(wèn)。
