This directory builds the Tape class driver for Microsoft® Windows® Server 2003. The class driver implements device-independent support, and exports support routines for device-specific tape miniclass drivers. It handles device-independent tape requests and calls the tape minidriver routines to PROCESS device-specific functions. Class driver splits transfer requests, when necessary, to fit the maximum transfer size for the underlying host bus adapter. It also provides device-independent, tape-specific error handling, and calls the tape miniclass driver s device-specific error handling routines.
An unsatisfactory property of particle filters is that they
may become inefficient when the observation noise is low.
In this paper we consider a simple-to-implement particle filter,
called ‘LIS-based particle filter’, whose aim is to overcome
the above mentioned weakness. LIS-based particle
filters sample the particles in a two-stage PROCESS that uses
information of the most recent observation, too. Experiments
with the standard bearings-only tracking problem indicate
that the proposed new particle filter method is indeed
a viable alternative to other methods.

Also, based the content access results, the PROCESS will be recorded as the transaction records based on which billing statements can be generated to collected the money and shared by operators and content providers. I am working on the conceptual architecture level and the real implementation is very complicated due to too many types of service from different content providers to different types of devices based on the different types of the rate plans.

Data mining (DM) is the extraction of hidden predictive information from large databases
(DBs). With the automatic discovery of knowledge implicit within DBs, DM uses
sophisticated statistical analysis and modeling techniques to uncover patterns and relationships
hidden in organizational DBs. Over the last 40 years, the tools and techniques to
PROCESS structured information have continued to evolve from DBs to data warehousing
(DW) to DM. DW applications have become business-critical. DM can extract even more
value out of these huge repositories of information.
