  • MAX7456在可視倒車雷達中的應(yīng)用

    為解決傳統(tǒng)可視倒車雷達視頻字符疊加器結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,可靠性差,成本高昂等問題,在可視倒車雷達設(shè)計中采用視頻字符發(fā)生器芯片MAX7456。該芯片集成了所有用于產(chǎn)生用戶定義OSD,并將其插入視頻信號中所需的全部功能,僅需少量的外圍阻容元件即可正常工作。給出了以MAX7456為核心的可視倒車雷達的軟、硬件實現(xiàn)方案及設(shè)計實例。該方案具有電路結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、價格低廉、符合人體視覺習慣的特點。經(jīng)實際裝車測試,按該方案設(shè)計的可視倒車雷達視場清晰、提示字符醒目、工作可靠,可有效降低駕駛員倒車時的工作強度、減少倒車事故的發(fā)生。 Abstract:  A new video and text generation chip,MAX7456,was used in the design of video parking sensor in order to simplify system structure,improve Reliability and reduce cost. This chip included all the necessary functions to generate user-defined OSDs and to add them into the video signals. It could be put into work with addition of just a small number of resistances and capacitors. This paper provided software and hardware implementation solutions and design example based on the chip. The system had the characteristics of simplicity in circuit structure,lower cost,and comfort for the nature of human vision. Loading road test demonstrates high video and text display quality and reliable performance,which makes the driver easy to see backward and reduces chance of accidents.

  • 基于MSP430單片機和DS18B20的數(shù)字溫度計

    為了在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)及過程控制中準確測量溫度,設(shè)計了一種基于低功耗MSP430單片機的數(shù)字溫度計。整個系統(tǒng)通過單片機MSP430F1121A控制DS18B20讀取溫度,采用數(shù)碼管顯示,溫度傳感器DS18B20與單片機之間通過串口進行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。MSP430系列單片機具有超低功耗,且外圍的整合性高,DS18B20只需一個端口即可實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)通信,連接方便。通過多次實驗證明,該系統(tǒng)的測試結(jié)果與實際環(huán)境溫度一致,除了具有接口電路簡單、測量精度高、誤差小、可靠性高等特點外,其低成本、低功耗的特點使其擁有更廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。 Abstract:  In order to obtain accurate measuring temperature in industrial production and process control, a digital thermometer based on MSP430 MCU is designed. The system uses MSP430F1121A MCU to control DS18B20, and gets the temperature data, which is displayed on the LED. The temperature sensor DS18B20 and MCU transmit data through serial communication. MSP430 series has ultra-low power and high integration, DS18B20 only needs one port to achieve data communication. Through many experimental results prove, this system is consistent with actual environment temperature. The system has characteristics of interface circuit simple, high measuring accuracy, minor error, high Reliability, besides, the characteristics of low cost and low power make it having vaster application prospect.

    The PCA9541 is a 2-to-1 I2C-bus master selector designed for high Reliability dual masterI2C-bus applications where system operation is required, even when one master fails orthe controller card is removed for maintenance. The two masters (for example, primaryand back-up) are located on separate I2C-buses that connect to the same downstreamI2C-bus slave devices. I2C-bus commands are sent by either I2C-bus master and are usedto select one master at a time. Either master at any time can gain control of the slavedevices if the other master is disabled or removed from the system. The failed master isisolated from the system and will not affect communication between the on-line masterand the slave devices on the downstream I2C-bus.

It overcomes thermal gradient and placement issues encountered when trying to place external sensors. PCB component count decreases when using a device that provides multiple inputs.Better temperature sensing improves product performance and Reliability. Disk drive data integrity suffers at elevated temperatures. IBM published an article stating that a 5°C rise in operating temperature causes a 15% increase in the drive’s failure rate. The overall performance of a system can be improved by providing a more accurate temperature measurement of the most critical devices allowing them to run just a few degrees hotter.The LM83 directly senses its own temperature and the temperature of three external PN junctions. One is dedicated to the CPU of choice, the other two go to other parts of your system that need thermal monitoring such as the disk drive or graphics chip. The SMBus-compatible LM83 supports SMBus timeout and logic levels. The LM83 has two interrupt outputs; one for user-programmable limits and WATCHDOG capability (INT), the other is a Critical Temperature Alarm output (T_CRIT_A) for system power supply shutdown.

    為了能夠滿足基站易于選址、優(yōu)質(zhì)快速的建站要求和易維護、低成本、高可靠的運行要求,本文對以方艙來實現(xiàn)一體化結(jié)構(gòu)基站做出一番探討。從系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的觀點闡述了移動通信高性能基站天線設(shè)計的幾個關(guān)鍵問題,介紹了智能天線技術(shù)在基站中的應(yīng)用,并且用HFSS軟件仿真了一種新型的對稱陣子天線,該天線駐波比小于2的帶寬可以達到60%,具有良好的寬頻帶特性。 Abstract:  In order to meet the station construction requirement of easy site selection and fast base station, and meet the operational requirement of easy maintenance, low cost and high Reliability, this paper discussed the unified architecture base station using shelter. Several key problems of high performance mobile communication base station antenna were illustrated from the view of system design, the application of smart antenna in base station was also introduced. And a novel dipole antenna was simulated by using HFSS, the VSWR of the antenna is less than 2, and the bandwidth was reach to 60%. So it has good broadband properties.

  • ZigBee無線傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)的路由協(xié)議研究

     為滿足無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)具有低功耗、節(jié)點體積小、網(wǎng)絡(luò)容量大、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸可靠等技術(shù)要求,設(shè)計了一種以MSP430單片機和CC2420射頻收發(fā)器組成的無線傳感節(jié)點。通過分析其節(jié)點組成,提出了ZigBee技術(shù)中的幾種網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓撲形式,并研究了ZigBee路由算法。針對不同的傳輸要求形式選用不同的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓撲形式可以盡大可能地減少系統(tǒng)成本。同時針對不同網(wǎng)絡(luò)選用正確的ZigBee路由算法有效地減少了網(wǎng)絡(luò)能量消耗,提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性。應(yīng)用試驗表明,采用ZigBee方式通信可以提高傳輸速率且覆蓋范圍大,與傳統(tǒng)的有線通信方式相比可以節(jié)約40%左右的成本。 Abstract:  To improve the proposed technical requirements such as low-ower, small nodes, large capacity and reliable network transmission, wireless sensor nodes based on MSP430 MCU and CC2420 RF transceiver were designed. This paper provided network topology of ZigBee technology by analysing the component of the nodes and researched ZigBee routing algorithm. Aiming at different requirements of transmission mode to choose the different network topologies form can most likely reduce the system cost. And aiming at different network to choose the correct ZigBee routing algorithm can effectively reduced the network energy consumption and improved the Reliability of the system. Results show that the communication which used ZigBee mode can improve the transmission rate, cover more area and reduce 40% cost compared with traditional wired communications mode.

  • US Navy VHDL Modelling Guide

      This document was developed under the Standard Hardware and Reliability Program (SHARP) TechnologyIndependent Representation of Electronic Products (TIREP) project. It is intended for use by VHSIC HardwareDescription Language (VHDL) design engineers and is offered as guidance for the development of VHDL modelswhich are compliant with the VHDL Data Item Description (DID DI-EGDS-80811) and which can be providedto manufacturing engineering personnel for the development of production data and the subsequent productionof hardware. Most VHDL modeling performed to date has been concentrated at either the component level orat the conceptual system level. The assembly and sub-assembly levels have been largely disregarded. Under theSHARP TIREP project, an attempt has been made to help close this gap. The TIREP models are based upon lowcomplexity Standard Electronic Modules (SEM) of the format A configuration. Although these modules are quitesimple, it is felt that the lessons learned offer guidance which can readily be applied to a wide range of assemblytypes and complexities.
