WINCE4.2/5.0下的NAND FLASH驅(qū)動(dòng),支持K9S1208小頁(yè)面的512bytes/SECTOR的，K9F1G08大頁(yè)面的2048bytes/SECTOR,已測(cè)試通過(guò)，該驅(qū)動(dòng)能檢測(cè)出那種芯片，自適應(yīng)的訪(fǎng)問(wèn)相應(yīng)的芯片，在FMD_Init()時(shí)會(huì)讀取FLASH ID,根據(jù)ID來(lái)加載相應(yīng)的訪(fǎng)問(wèn)接口，做到一份代碼可以運(yùn)行在64M,128M的NAND FLASH系統(tǒng)上，另我添加了識(shí)別K9F2G08/K9F4G08/K9K8G08和訪(fǎng)問(wèn)，但是因?yàn)闆](méi)有相應(yīng)的硬件不能得到驗(yàn)證，請(qǐng)有相應(yīng)硬件的人使用這份驅(qū)動(dòng)源碼，告知測(cè)試結(jié)果，本源碼免費(fèi)使用，各位可自行修改并添加到自己的系統(tǒng)中，有什么bug,也可以聯(lián)系我。 另外，SJF2440支持燒寫(xiě)1G08/2G08/4G08/8G08我只提供可執(zhí)行文件，因?yàn)槲沂窃谌堑脑创a基礎(chǔ)上修改來(lái)的，我沒(méi)有權(quán)利發(fā)布這個(gè)源碼，敬請(qǐng)?jiān)彙?/p>
