Switchingregulators, with their high efficiency and small size, areincreasingly desirable as overall package sizes shrink.Unfortunately, switching regulators are also one of themost difficult linear circuits to design. Mysterious modes,sudden, seemingly inexplicable failures, peculiar regulationcharacteristics and just plain explosions are commonoccurrences. Diodes conduct the wrong way. Things gethot that shouldn’t. Capacitors act like resistors, fusesdon’t blow and transistors do. The output is at ground, andthe ground terminal shows volts of noise.

They can?蒺t share the resource information which accordingly constrains their functions and efficiency， and their construction and maintenance costs are high. This paper introduces a field standardized work management system based on B/S+C/S mode， integrating all field work management systems based on MIS and share the equipments and employee?蒺s data of MIS，the field work data of the sub systems are the source information of MIS， by which the same single data resouce with one-time input can be utilized in multiple places. After the research and testing， this system is triumphantly using in all 220kV and above substations in Jiangxi grid.

SPMC75F2413A was adopted as main controller. IR2101 is a high voltage， high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver. It adopted highly integrated voltage level transforming technology， and an external bootstrap capacitor was used， which could drive MOS tube efficiently and stably. Many functions are achieved in the system， such as DC/AC conversion， maximun power point tracking， etc. The actual test result shows that the inverter system has characteristics of strong tracking ability， high stability and reacting quickly. The design can not only be used in ordinary power inverter system， but also be used in photovoltaic power inverter system. The design has certain marketing prospects

大家知道，氣體放電燈（日光燈﹑高壓鈉燈﹑高壓汞燈，金屬鹵化物燈等）傳統(tǒng)上采用電感式鎮(zhèn)流器（Ballast）和燈管串接起來，接入電網(wǎng)電壓，另外單獨采用啟輝器或觸發(fā)器，以產(chǎn)生必要的高壓（超前頂峰式鎮(zhèn)流器無需觸發(fā)器）使燈點亮。當燈點亮后，利用電感鎮(zhèn)流器自身的阻抗來控制或限制燈管電流，使燈管穩(wěn)定工作。這種電感鎮(zhèn)流器，一般是采用硅鋼片堆棧起來作鐵心，纏繞漆包線制作成。工作頻率一般是50 Hz/60Hz。這種鎮(zhèn)流器相對體積大﹑笨重，且功耗大、效率低。 為了克服電感鎮(zhèn)流器的缺點，人們設(shè)法提高燈的工作頻率。這是因為，工作頻率提高一倍，鎮(zhèn)流器的體積就縮小到原來的0.707。現(xiàn)在流行起來的電子節(jié)能燈，其電子鎮(zhèn)流器都是通過AC/DC/AC變換，把市電50 Hz/60 Hz 交流電壓，先變成直流電壓，再通過逆變器變成幾十kHz 的交流電壓，從而用鐵氧體磁芯取代了硅鋼片，實現(xiàn)了電子鎮(zhèn)流器的輕量化，產(chǎn)生了一體化電子節(jié)能燈，并使其功耗降低，光效提高。 但是，對于高強度氣體放電（High Intensity Discharge縮寫HID）燈（高壓鈉燈，高壓汞燈，金屬鹵化物燈等），特別是金屬鹵化物燈（金鹵燈）其工作頻率升高（一般升高到800 Hz 以上），燈電弧容易產(chǎn)生聲共振現(xiàn)象。其表現(xiàn)為燈電弧發(fā)生扭曲，有時呈月芽形，有時擺動不穩(wěn)定，使燈光閃爍，嚴重時會引起電弧管損壞發(fā)生爆裂。 于是，人們想出了許多辦法，也產(chǎn)生了許多專利技術(shù)。這些辦法或者用來防止聲共振的發(fā)生，或者用來減弱、抑制聲共振的發(fā)生。這些辦法一般都采用了最新的電子技術(shù)、集成電路和控制技術(shù)，技術(shù)難度大，造價高。

On the basis of introducing the sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technology，this paper designed variable speed system which used 8098 as a controller， intelligent power module IPM as switching device. Through software programming， resulting in sinusoidal pulse width modulation waveform to control the insulated gate bipolar transistor turn on and off， so as to achieve the purpose of speed control of induction motors. Experimental results show that the system can adjust frequency modulation voltage， high stability， wide speed range， has a strong practical value.
