針對目前使用的RS232接口數字化B超鍵盤存在PC主機啟動時不能設置BIOS，提出一種PS2鍵盤的設計方法?；赪78E052D單片機，采用8通道串行A/D轉換器設計了8個TGC電位器信息采集電路，電位器位置信息以鍵盤掃描碼序列形式發送，正交編碼器信號通過XC9536XL轉換為單片機可接收的中斷信號，軟件接收到中斷信息后等效處理成按鍵。結果表明，在滿足開機可設置BIOS同時，又可實現超聲特有功能，不需要專門設計驅動程序，接口簡單，成本低。 Abstract: Aiming at the problem of the digital ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system keyboard with RS232 interface currently used couldn?蒺t set the BIOS when the PC boot， this paper proposed a design method of PS2 keyboards. Based on W78E052D microcontroller，designed eight TGC potentiometers information acquisition circuit with 8-channel serial A/D converter， potentiometer position information sent out with keyboard scan code sequentially.The control circuit based on XC9536 CPLD is used for converting the mechanical actions of the encoders into the signals that can be identified by the MCU， software received interrupt information and equivalently treatmented as key. The results show that the BIOS can be set to meet the boot， ultrasound specific functionality can be achieved at the same time， it does not require specially designed driver，the interface is simple and low cost.

為解決當前計算機串行通訊接口只有USB，難以滿足舊型號設備或某些單片機要求RS232通訊的問題，設計出兩款RS232/USB電路。采用CH341A與MAX223集成電路芯片構建標準9線RS232/USB通用接口轉換器，無需編程。采用CH341A與PIC16F877A構建單片機與計算機之間的USB通訊電路，軟件遵循RS232通訊協議，硬件進行電平轉換。實際使用表明，這兩款產品與計算機端Windows 操作系統下的串口應用程序完全兼容，且通訊過程中無握手失敗現象。 Abstract: To solve the problem that current computer serial communication only with USB interface can not satisfy with the old type equipments or MCU to communicate with RS232， two kinds of RS232/USB circuit were designed.CH341A and MAX223 integrated circuit chips were used to create a standard 9-line RS232/USB universal interface convertor without programme. CH341A and PIC16F877A chips were adopted to build the USB communication circuit between computers and MCU. The software follows RS232 communication protocol， and the hardware converts electrical levels. Actual practices indicate that the two manufactures are compatible with serial application program of Windows operation system completely，and get avoid of handshake lost.

Digitemp Jr. is a device that is designed to measure and report ambient temperature. When connected to an RS-232 port on any PC, it will periodically measure and report in ASCII form the ambient temperature in degrees Celsius. These temperature readings can be monitored with any terminal program. If the terminal program supports capture to disk, the temperature readings can be saved to disk for further analysis with a spreadsheet program or other data analysis tool. The simple ASCII output format of Digitemp Jr. makes it relatively easy to write custom software for receiving, recording, and analyzing ambient temperature data. Best of all, Digitemp Jr. requires no external power supplies or batteries. It is powered directly by the RS-232 port.

介紹了當前普通標記機控制系統現狀及其存在缺點，給出氣動標記機及相頻修正PWM模式的工作原理。采用ATmega16單片機和USB轉換RS232接口器件CH341T實現驅動控制系統與PC的實時通訊，標記控制系統可升級到USB接口。采用基于ATmega16的相頻修正PWM替換555振蕩電路產生的PWM，可直接通過軟件調整PWM信號。使用達林頓三極管TIP122替代直流繼電器驅動高頻電磁閥，使得電磁閥驅動電路簡單，成本低廉。該控制系統已成功應用于氣動標記機。 Abstract: In this paper,the actuality and demerit of the common gas marking machine control systems are described.The operation principle of the gas marking machine and the phase and frequency correct PWM of ATmega16is introduced.The real-time communication between the driving control system and PC by CH341T which its function is translated USB to RS232is realized,the control systems is updated grade to USB interface.The PWM signal can be adjustable by software for the555surge circuit was substituted by the phase and frequency.The high frequency electromagnetic value’s driving circuit by DC relay is replaced by TIP122,therefore,the circuit is become simple and the cost cheap.The control systems has been widely used in gas marking machine.

在嵌入式系統中，嵌入式CPU往往要通過各種串行數據總線與“外界”進行通信。在應用中，異步的串行數據通信用得較多，而通用異步收發器UART（Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter）在其中扮演著重要角色：完成數據的串并轉換，即把并行數據按照通信波特率轉化為通信協議中規定的串行數據流，也可從串行數據流中取出有用數據轉變為并行數據。而UART與CPU接口簡單，CPU只需通過執行讀寫操作即可完成收發數據，從而完成與外界的通信。有許多現成的芯片可以實現UART的功能，如常用的Intel8250/8251接口芯片就可以作為RS232、RS422串口的UART控制芯片。
