Advances in low power electronics now allow placementof battery-powered sensors and other devices in locationsfar from the power grid. Ideally, for true grid independence,the batteries should not need replacement, but instead berecharged using locally available renewable energy, suchas Solar power. This Design Note shows how to producea compact battery charger that operates from a small2-cell Solar panel. A unique feature of this design is thatthe DC/DC converter uses power point control to extractmaximum power from the Solar panel.
為解決直流逆變交流的問題，有效地利用能源，讓電源輸出最大功率，設計了高性能的基于IR2101最大功率跟蹤逆變器，并以SPMC75F2413A單片機作為主控制器。高電壓、高速功率的MOSFET或IGBT驅動器IR2101采用高度集成的電平轉換技術，同時上管采用外部自舉電容上電，能夠穩定高效地驅動MOS管。該逆變器可以實現DC/AC的轉換，最大功率點的跟蹤等功能。實際測試結果表明，該逆變器系統具有跟蹤能力強，穩定性高，反應靈敏等特點，該逆變器不僅可應用于普通的電源逆變系統，而且可應用于光伏并網發電的逆變系統，具有廣泛的市場前景。
Abstract:
To solve the problem of DC-AC inverter， and to utilize Solar energy more efficiently， the design of maximum power point tracking inverter based on IR2101 was achieved with a high-performance， which can make the system output power maximum. SPMC75F2413A was adopted as main controller. IR2101 is a high voltage， high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver. It adopted highly integrated voltage level transforming technology， and an external bootstrap capacitor was used， which could drive MOS tube efficiently and stably. Many functions are achieved in the system， such as DC/AC conversion， maximun power point tracking， etc. The actual test result shows that the inverter system has characteristics of strong tracking ability， high stability and reacting quickly. The design can not only be used in ordinary power inverter system， but also be used in photovoltaic power inverter system. The design has certain marketing prospects
光伏發電是未來新能源發電重要方向之一，而光伏變流器是光伏發電系統的核心。介紹一種基于微網理念的光伏變流器設計。以該變流器為核心的光伏發電系統可以看做一個小型的微網系統。該系統能根據外部電網情況，工作于并網模式和離網模式。介紹了該系統的各個組成部件的設計以及變流器主電路部分器件的選型。最后，由實驗樣機進行測試。試驗結果驗證了電路拓撲結構及控制方案的可行性，也說明了系統參數設計方法的正確性。
Abstract:
Solar Photovoltaic generation is an important direction of new energy power generation in the future，while photovoltaic converter is the core of photovoltaic generation system. This paper deals with a study on photovoltaic inverter based on the concept of microgrid. This paper describes a system whose core component is the photovoltaic inverter，can work on grid-connected mode or run independently according to the external situation. The paper simply describes the main components of the system. At last，the prototype was produced and tested. Test result has proved feasibility of circuit topology structure and controlling scheme and shown correctness of system parameters.Key words: PV inverter； microgrid； off-grid； storage battery
為提高太陽能的利用率，以ATmega8單片機為控制核心，設計了一套光電跟蹤與視日運動軌跡跟蹤互補控制的雙軸太陽跟蹤器。該跟蹤器在晴天時，利用光敏電阻采集光強判斷太陽位置,控制步進電機實現光電跟蹤；在陰天時，采集時鐘器件PCF8583的時間信息,計算當前太陽位置來實現視日運動軌跡跟蹤。實驗表明：該太陽跟蹤器能在不同天氣狀況下對太陽進行較準確地跟蹤，能量接收效率提高了30%，達到充分利用太陽能的目的。
Abstract:
To improve the utilization rate of Solar energy，a kind of Solar tracking controller which effectively combined the sun angle tracking and photo electric tracking based on ATmega8is designed.In the sunny days，the Solar tracking con-troller determines the sun's position by using photosensitive resistances to collect light intensity and control stepper motors to achieve photo electric tracking，n cloudy days，it collects clock chip PCF8583time information to calculate the current position of the sun and achieve the sun angle tracking.Experimental results show the Solar tracking controller accurately tracks the sun in different weather conditions，improves received energy efficiency by30%and reaches the purpose of full use of Solar energy.
I. Introduction
This code exploits a previously undisclosed vulnerability in the bit string
decoding code in the Microsoft ASN.1 library. This vulnerability is not related
to the bit string vulnerability described in eEye advisory AD20040210-2. Both
vulnerabilities were fixed in the MS04-007 patch.
