為提高太陽能的利用率，以ATmega8單片機為控制核心，設計了一套光電跟蹤與視日運動軌跡跟蹤互補控制的雙軸太陽跟蹤器。該跟蹤器在晴天時，利用光敏電阻采集光強判斷太陽位置,控制步進電機實現光電跟蹤；在陰天時，采集時鐘器件PCF8583的時間信息,計算當前太陽位置來實現視日運動軌跡跟蹤。實驗表明：該太陽跟蹤器能在不同天氣狀況下對太陽進行較準確地跟蹤，能量接收效率提高了30%，達到充分利用太陽能的目的。
Abstract:
To improve the utilization rate of solar energy，a kind of solar Tracking controller which effectively combined the sun angle Tracking and photo electric Tracking based on ATmega8is designed.In the sunny days，the solar Tracking con-troller determines the sun's position by using photosensitive resistances to collect light intensity and control stepper motors to achieve photo electric Tracking，n cloudy days，it collects clock chip PCF8583time information to calculate the current position of the sun and achieve the sun angle Tracking.Experimental results show the solar Tracking controller accurately tracks the sun in different weather conditions，improves received energy efficiency by30%and reaches the purpose of full use of solar energy.

In FCMAC ,without appropriate learning rate, the control system based on FCMAC will become unstable or its convergence speed will become slow.In order to guarantee the convergence of Tracking error, we present a new kind of optimization based on adaptive GA for selecting learning rate.Furthermore, this approach is evaluated and its performance is discussed.The simulation results shows that performance of the FCMAC based the proposed method is stable and more effective.

An unsatisfactory property of particle filters is that they
may become inefficient when the observation noise is low.
In this paper we consider a simple-to-implement particle filter,
called ‘LIS-based particle filter’, whose aim is to overcome
the above mentioned weakness. LIS-based particle
filters sample the particles in a two-stage process that uses
information of the most recent observation, too. Experiments
with the standard bearings-only Tracking problem indicate
that the proposed new particle filter method is indeed
a viable alternative to other methods.
The need for accurate monitoring and analysis of sequential data arises in many scientic, industrial
and nancial problems. Although the Kalman lter is effective in the linear-Gaussian
case, new methods of dealing with sequential data are required with non-standard models.
Recently, there has been renewed interest in simulation-based techniques. The basic idea behind
these techniques is that the current state of knowledge is encapsulated in a representative
sample from the appropriate posterior distribution. As time goes on, the sample evolves and
adapts recursively in accordance with newly acquired data. We give a critical review of recent
developments, by reference to oil well monitoring, ion channel monitoring and Tracking
problems, and propose some alternative algorithms that avoid the weaknesses of the current
methods.
