The Open Radar Data Acquisition (ORDA)
subsystem replaces the current WSR-88D Radar
Data Acquisition subsystem with improved
receiver and signal processing hardware and with
improved user interface, signal processing and
diagnostics software. This paper will discuss the
input data from the digital receiver, the ORDA
signal processing, and the data output from the
ORDA hardware. Specifications of the ORDA
digital receiver will be presented. The paper
outlines the critical radar signal processing flow
and provides analysis of new spectrum width
computations and clutter filtering schemes used in
the ORDA system. Where appropriate, ORDA
performance enhancements, data quality
improvements and reliability and maintenance
improvements will be highlighted.

隨著光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)快速發(fā)展,以及電動(dòng)汽車充電樁的普及,傳統(tǒng)的剩余電流保護(hù)器無(wú)法滿足實(shí)際需求。介紹了一款B型剩余電流保護(hù)器,采用磁調(diào)制剩余電流互感器和零序電流互感器采集剩余電流。根據(jù)GB/T 22794—2017標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,可識(shí)別1 kHz及以下的正弦交流、帶和不帶直流分量的脈動(dòng)直流、平滑直流等剩余電流信號(hào)。經(jīng)信號(hào)調(diào)理電路將電壓信號(hào)送到單片機(jī)進(jìn)行采集和判斷。通過(guò)試驗(yàn)測(cè)試,該樣機(jī)在測(cè)試精度和速度上均符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的相關(guān)要求。The rapid development of photovoltaic power generation systems and the popularity of electric vehicle charging piles make the traditional residual current protective devices unable to meet the actual demand.This paper proposed a type B residual current protective device,which uses the magnetically modulated residual current transformer and the zero sequence current transformer to acquire the residual current.According to the requirements of GB/T 22794—2017,the type B residual current protective device can detect sinusoidal AC residual current of 1kHz and below 1kHz,pulsating DC residual current with and without DC component,smooth DC residual current and so on.The signal processing circuit sends the voltage signal to the MCU for acquisition and judgment.Through experimental tests,the device meets the relevant requirements of national standards in terms of test accuracy and speed.

直流電動(dòng)機(jī)具有運(yùn)動(dòng)效率高和調(diào)速性能好等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),但傳統(tǒng)的直流電動(dòng)機(jī)均采用電刷,以機(jī)械方法進(jìn)行換向,因而存在致命弱點(diǎn),再加上制造成本高及維修困難等缺點(diǎn),從而限制了它的應(yīng)用范圍.近年來(lái)隨著永磁材料、現(xiàn)代電力電子技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代控制理論的迅猛發(fā)展而成熟起來(lái)的永磁無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)(Brushless Direct Current Motor-BIDCM)具有體積小、重量輕、效率高、噪音低且可靠性高的特點(diǎn),因而得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用.該文研究的對(duì)象是由兩套三相無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)組成的六相無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī),每套繞組三相對(duì)稱,兩套繞組對(duì)應(yīng)相之間相差30°電角度.重點(diǎn)研究六相無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)矩特性和系統(tǒng)的可靠性.在分析無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩產(chǎn)生原理的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了三相無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)的原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出六相無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī).分析結(jié)果表明,六相無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)矩特性優(yōu)于三相無(wú)刷直流電機(jī),并且系統(tǒng)的可靠性也較高.該文對(duì)無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的工作原理進(jìn)行了詳盡的分析,建立了三相和六相無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)模型.并利用MATLAB/SIMULINK軟件建立了三相和六相無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的系統(tǒng)仿真模型.該系統(tǒng)仿真模型采用雙閉環(huán)控制,內(nèi)環(huán)為電流環(huán)(采用滯環(huán)調(diào)節(jié)),外環(huán)為速度環(huán)(采用PI調(diào)節(jié)).對(duì)所得的仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,表明與理論分析相吻合,證明了六相無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)仿真模型的正確性.對(duì)兩套繞組可能出現(xiàn)的故障進(jìn)行仿真分析,結(jié)果表明六相無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)具有較強(qiáng)的容錯(cuò)能力.由此得出結(jié)論,該文提出的六相無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)方案是可行的.由于繞組在電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)中占有相當(dāng)重要的位置,該文利用槽號(hào)相位表,設(shè)計(jì)了三相和六相無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的繞組.對(duì)槽號(hào)的分配,線圈的連接作了詳細(xì)地說(shuō)明.該文還對(duì)三相和六相無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)定子繞組的磁勢(shì)進(jìn)行了諧波分析,分析結(jié)果表明了六相無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)定子繞組的磁勢(shì)高次諧波含量要少于三相無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī).
