Mobile radio communications are evolving from pure telephony systems to multimedia
platforms offering a variety of services ranging from simple file transfers and audio and
video streaming, to interactive applications and positioning tasks. Naturally, these services
have different constraints concerning data rate, delay, and reliability (quality-of-service
(QoS)). Hence, future mobile radio systems have to provide a large flexibility and scal-
ability to match these heterogeneous requirements.

In this research, we have designed, developed implemented a wireless sensor
networks based smart home for safe, sound and secured living environment for
any inhabitant especially elderly living alone. We have explored a methodology
for the development of efficient electronic real time data processing system to
recognize the behaviour of an elderly person. The ability to determine the
wellness of an elderly person living alone in their own home using a robust,
flexible and data driven artificially intelligent system has been investigated. A
framework integrating temporal and spatial contextual information for
determining the wellness of an elderly person has been modelled. A novel
behaviour detection process based on the observed sensor data in performing
essential daily activities has been designed and developed.

We’re living through exciting times. The landscape of what computers can do is
changing by the week. Tasks that only a few years ago were thought to require

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has undoubtedly been one of the most important buz-
zwords over the past years. The goal in AI is to design algorithms that transform com-
puters into “intelligent” agents. By intelligence here we do not necessarily mean an
extraordinary level of smartness shown by superhuman; it rather often involves very
basic problems that humans solve very frequently in their day-to-day life. This can
be as simple as recognizing faces in an image, driving a car, playing a board game, or
reading (and understanding) an article in a newspaper. The intelligent behaviour ex-
hibited by humans when “reading” is one of the main goals for a subfield of AI called
Natural Language Processing (NLP). Natural language 1 is one of the most complex
tools used by humans for a wide range of reasons, for instance to communicate with
others, to express thoughts, feelings and ideas, to ask questions, or to give instruc-
tions. Therefore, it is crucial for computers to possess the ability to use the same tool
in order to effectively interact with humans.

Computer science as an academic discipline began in the 1960’s. Emphasis was on

設(shè)計(jì)了自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)案例“基于LabVIEW和單片機(jī)的溫度控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)”。實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)硬件部分由單片機(jī)、溫度傳感器、D/A轉(zhuǎn)換模塊、調(diào)壓模塊和電烤箱組成,設(shè)計(jì)了單片機(jī)與各個(gè)模塊之間的接口電路。軟件部分采用LabVIEW軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)控制算法,并設(shè)計(jì)監(jiān)控界面實(shí)現(xiàn)參數(shù)設(shè)定、溫度數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控等功能。設(shè)計(jì)了單片機(jī)與LabVIEW軟件之間的串口通信程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)了輸入、輸出數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸。通過綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),使學(xué)生得到控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)驗(yàn)調(diào)試等綜合能力的訓(xùn)練。A comprehensive experimental case of the automatic control system is presented,which is the design of the temperature control system based on LabVIEW and SCM.The hardware part of the experimental system is composed of the SCM,temperature sensor,D/A conversion module,voltage regulating module and electric oven.The interface circuit between the SCM and each module is designed.In the software part,LabVIEW software is used to realize the control algorithm,and the monitoring interface is designed to realize the functions of parameter setting,temperature data real-time monitoring,etc.The serial communication program between the SCM and LabVIEW software is designed to realize the transmission of input and output data.Through the design of this comprehensive experimental system,students can get the comprehensive ability training for the control system design,experiment debugging,etc.
