  • 基于AVR的PCB板雕刻機(jī)的設(shè)計

      為了提高PCB板制作的效率,改變傳統(tǒng)的化學(xué)腐蝕制板工藝,使用機(jī)械仿形銑制作電路板的方法,設(shè)計了以ATMEGA16單片機(jī)為核心部件的PCB板雕刻機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)。其中包括PCB雕刻機(jī)的基本功能、主要硬件電路設(shè)計和軟件的實現(xiàn)流程,并給出了相關(guān)設(shè)計電路。重點分析了雕刻機(jī)步進(jìn)電機(jī)的驅(qū)動電路以及主軸電機(jī)的驅(qū)動電路,該雕刻機(jī)經(jīng)實際運(yùn)行,系統(tǒng)工作良好,可有效提高PCB板的制作效率。   abstract:   In order to improve the efficiency of production of PCB board and change the traditional chemical etching plates, using of mechanical copying milling method makes circuit boards,this paper introduces the PCB engraving machine control system used ATMEGA16 microcomputer as the core components. It includes basic function, the hardware circuit design and software realization process, and gives the corresponding circuit design.It analyses the drive circuit of engrawing machine stepper motor and spindle motor in detail. This engraving machine by practical operation, the system works well, which can effectively improve the production efficiency of PCB board.

  • 基于8098單片機(jī)的SPWM變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)

      數(shù)字控制的交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)所選用的微處理器、功率器件及產(chǎn)生PWM波的方法是影響交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)性能好壞的直接因素。在介紹了正弦脈寬調(diào)制(SPWM)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了一種以8098單片機(jī)作為控制器,以智能功率模塊IPM為開關(guān)器件的變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。通過軟件編程,產(chǎn)生正弦脈沖寬度調(diào)制波形來控制絕緣柵雙極晶體管的導(dǎo)通和關(guān)斷,從而達(dá)到控制異步電動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的目的。實驗結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)可調(diào)頻率調(diào)電壓,穩(wěn)定度高,調(diào)速范圍寬,具有較強(qiáng)的實用價值   abstract:   AC variable speed with digital control systems used microprocessors, power devices and generate PWM wave is the direct factors of affecting the performance AC speed regulation system. On the basis of introducing the sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technology,this paper designed variable speed system which used 8098 as a controller, intelligent power module IPM as switching device. Through software programming, resulting in sinusoidal pulse width modulation waveform to control the insulated gate bipolar transistor turn on and off, so as to achieve the purpose of speed control of induction motors. Experimental results show that the system can adjust frequency modulation voltage, high stability, wide speed range, has a strong practical value.

  • 基于單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)的(24,16)循環(huán)碼編碼、譯碼方案

      在理論分析循環(huán)碼編碼和譯碼基本原理的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)的(24,16)循環(huán)碼軟件實現(xiàn)編碼、譯碼的方案。仿真結(jié)果表明(24,16)循環(huán)碼能有效地克服來自通訊信道的干擾,保證數(shù)據(jù)通信的可靠及系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定,使誤碼率大幅度降低。本論文對(24,16)循環(huán)碼的研究結(jié)果表明,可以有效地降低錯誤概率和提高系統(tǒng)的吞吐量,實現(xiàn)糾錯僅需要在接收端增加有限的存儲空間和計算復(fù)雜度,具有一定的實用價值。   abstract:   Based on analyzing the theory of encoding and decoding of cyclic code, this paper showed the schemes of encoding and decoding of(24,16)cyclic code by the software and based on microcontroller. Simulation results show that using (24,16) cyclic codes can effectively overcome the interference from communication channel, ensure the reliability and stability of data communication systems, and reduce the bit error rate greatly. The results of this paper show that by using the (24,16) cyclic code, the error rate can be reduced and the system throughput can be improved. Meanwhile, the system only needs to enlarge limited storage space and computation the complexity at the receiving end to realize error correction. Thus the (24,16) cyclic code has a practical value.

  • 基于89C52的二極管特性測試器的設(shè)計

      利用單片機(jī)具有的智能程序控制的特點,設(shè)計了基于STC89C52單片機(jī)的"二極管特性測試器",可對二極管一般特性進(jìn)行快速測試。通過穩(wěn)定線性電流源給二極管加載恒定電流,然后由高精度模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器測試其壓降,以此為基礎(chǔ)可判斷二極管好壞、檢測二極管極性和測試二極管伏安特性等,避免了用萬用表測試只能測得極性而不知其特性這一缺點。可用于電子設(shè)計制作過程中對二極管進(jìn)行快速測試,以確定被測二極管是否滿足電路的設(shè)計要求。   abstract:   By making good use of the intelligent control function of the Micro Controller Unit (MCU), the diode trait tester was designed based on the STC89C52,which could be used to test the trait of a diode rapidly. By loading constant current to diode through the stable linear current source, and measuring the voltage drop of the diode by high-precision analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), it can judge whether the diode is good or not, distinguish the polarity of the diode, and test the trait that the diode, which can avoid the fault of using a multimeter can only measure the polarity but not the trait. This device can be used to test the trait of a diode quickly,and to make sure that whether a diode can be used in the electronic design or not.

      針對科研實驗中對拉壓千斤頂加載過程控制的需要,采用ATmega128單片機(jī)控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)進(jìn)而實現(xiàn)對執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的電動泵站實行自動控制。對力和位移的數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理及用步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制電動泵站手柄的技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié)作了重點描述。通過單片機(jī)的A/D變換器對AMP放大模塊采集的電橋信號作量化處理,千斤頂?shù)牟倏厥直恢靡离妱佑捅瞄y門開啟的方向和大小作若干定位,單片機(jī)根據(jù)力或位移傳感器信號,實時控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動手柄旋轉(zhuǎn)到相應(yīng)操控位置。   abstract:   This article describes the use of ATmega128 AVR microcontroller series of DBS electric pumping stations and QF100/200 separate twoway hydraulic jack to automate the process of manipulating the work of the technical content. Articles on force and displacement data acquisition and processing, and stepper motor control electric pump with the handle of the key technical details were described. Through the MCU’s A / D converter module is collected on the AMP amplification quantify the signal bridge, jack handle position control valve opening according to the direction of electric pumps for a number of positioning and size of the microcontroller based on force or displacement sensor signals, real-time control stepper motor drive control handle rotate to the appropriate location.

  • 基于PIC18F1320微控制器的信號采集系統(tǒng)

      便攜式信號采集在機(jī)器健康診斷系統(tǒng)中有較高的應(yīng)用價值。機(jī)器健康診斷的信號特點是包括低頻信號。本文研究是為了實現(xiàn)簡易而且低成本的低頻便攜式信號采集。以Microchip公司單片機(jī)PIC18F1320為核心設(shè)計信號采集電路,實現(xiàn)了信號的采集和保存。系統(tǒng)采用串行電可擦除芯片24LC32A保存數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過有線通信,信號數(shù)據(jù)由串行口通過MAX232芯片輸送到微型計算機(jī)接收和保存,最后繪制出信號波形。 微型計算機(jī)程序采用Visual Basic編程。研究成功采樣頻率為3 kHz的復(fù)雜信號,證明該方案符合設(shè)計要求。   abstract:   Portable signal acquisition is useful in machine health monitoring systems. The signal characteristics of machine health monitoring includes low frequency signals. The goal of this study is to realize simple, inexpensive and portable low frequency signal sampling. This paper provides the project of signal acquisition system design based on PIC18F1320 microcontroller manufactured by the Microchip Technology Incorporation to achieve signal sampling and storage. The system adopted EEPROM 24LC32A to store the signal data. The microcomputer received data via wired link with the MAX232 IC through the serial port. The microcomputer program, programmed in Visual Basic, received the data, stored it and plotted the signal. The study successfully samples 3kHz complicated signals and thus meets the design requirement.

  • 基于MT8880的一鍵撥號電話系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

      針對煤礦井下調(diào)度及緊急救援系統(tǒng)的需求,以DTMF編解碼模塊為核心,設(shè)計了具有自動撥號功能的新型電話系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)利用MT8880對DTMF信號的編解碼功能實現(xiàn)一鍵撥號和遠(yuǎn)程設(shè)置,通過檢測振鈴和忙音信號,完成自動摘機(jī)和掛機(jī)過程,配合AGC等外圍電路達(dá)到話音清晰流暢的效果。   abstract:   To meet the demand for mine scheduling and emergency rescue system, with using DTMF signal codec as the core, a new telephone system was designed with automatic dialing function. In the system, the DTMF signal encoding and decoding function of MT8880 was used to achieve one-touch dialing and remote setting. The circuit detects the ringing and busy signal, and then completes automatic off-hook and hangup. With AGC(Automatic Gain Control) and other peripheral circuits, the voice was regulated to a clear and smooth effect.

  • 基于單片機(jī)的顏色自適應(yīng)識別電路

      為解決電致變色器件的顏色變化受外界環(huán)境顏色控制的問題,設(shè)計了一種基于單片機(jī)的便攜式顏色自適應(yīng)識別電路。與傳統(tǒng)顏色識別電路相比較,該電路利用數(shù)字式的顏色傳感器來獲取外界環(huán)境顏色,產(chǎn)生的數(shù)字顏色信號易于單片機(jī)進(jìn)行處理。在電路中,下位機(jī)部分主要負(fù)責(zé)獲取電致變色器件變色參數(shù)及控制電致變色器件的顏色變化;而上位機(jī)部分主要負(fù)責(zé)把下位機(jī)獲取的電致變色器件變色參數(shù)進(jìn)行電壓到顏色的曲線擬合,并通過藍(lán)牙通信把擬合曲線參數(shù)傳遞給下位機(jī)。結(jié)果表明,該電路能自動根據(jù)環(huán)境顏色提供-4~4 V范圍步進(jìn)為0.1 V的電壓來驅(qū)動電致變色器件的顏色顯示,與傳統(tǒng)的顏色識別電路設(shè)計相比,識別的精度和速度都得到了明顯改善。   abstract:   In this paper, a portable adaptive circuit for color identification(PACCI) based on MCU was designed. Compared to the traditional color identification circuit, the PACCI adopts digital sensor to detect the color data from external environment and further generate digital color data, which can be processed easily by MCU. In PACCI, the slave is mainly responsible for detecting the color parameters of the corresponding elcreochromic device and further driving it. For the master, which is mainly responsible for the color curve fitting based on the parameters of the electrochromic device, and transmits the fitting parameters to the slave through the bluetooth device. The results show that the PACCI can provide the basis voltage range from -4V to 4V automatically based on the colors of external environment with step as 0.1V to drive the corresponding electrochromic device. Compared to the traditional color recognition circuit, the recognition accuracy and speed of PACCI have been improved significantly.

  • 基于瑞薩電子微控制器的溫度控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

      為了提高傳統(tǒng)溫度控制系統(tǒng)的性能,將PID控制理論與嵌入式系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,采用瑞薩電子公司的H8S/2166作為核心處理器,AD公司的AD7705以及熱敏電阻溫度傳感器作為溫度檢測單元,利用4×6小鍵盤、LCD顯示器和S1D13305液晶控制器達(dá)到良好的人機(jī)交互,設(shè)計出了一個應(yīng)用于化工領(lǐng)域的嵌入式實時溫度控制系統(tǒng)。相比于傳統(tǒng)溫度控制系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)提供了更強(qiáng)的計算能力和可擴(kuò)展能力,采用增量PID控制算法實現(xiàn)復(fù)雜控制。通過實驗,該系統(tǒng)能達(dá)到0.1 ℃的溫度控制精度以及小于120 s的溫度穩(wěn)定時間。   abstract:   In order to improve the performance of conventional temperature control system, combining PID control theory with embedded systems, using the Renesas Electronics Corp. H8S/2166 micro-controller as a core processors, AD7705 and thermistor temperature sensor as a temperature detection unit and 4×6 small keyboard, LCD and S1D13305 LCD controller as a good human-computer interaction, this paper designed an embedded real-time temperature control system which is applied in chemical industry. Compared with conventional temperature control system, this system provides more computing power and extensibility, and adopts PID control algorithm for complex control. Through the experiment, the system can reach temperature control accuracy of 0.1 ℃ and temperature stabilization time of less than 120 seconds.
