  • Visible Light communicATion

    Visible light communicATions (VLC) is the name given to an optical wireless communicATion system that carries information by modulating light in the visible spectrum (400–700 nm) that is principally used for illumination [1–3]. The communicATions signal is encoded on top of the illumination light. Interest in VLC has grown rapidly with the growth of high power light emitting diodes (LEDs) in the visible spectrum. The motivation to use the illumination light for communicATion is to save energy by exploiting the illumination to carry information and, at the same time, to use technology that is “green” in comparison to radio frequency (RF) technology, while using the existing infrastructure of the lighting system.

    擴(kuò)頻通信,即擴(kuò)展頻譜通信技術(shù)(Spread Spectrum communicATion),它與光纖通信、衛(wèi)星通信一同被譽(yù)為進(jìn)入信息時代的三大高技術(shù)通信傳輸方式。 擴(kuò)頻通信是將待傳送的信息數(shù)據(jù)用偽隨機(jī)編碼序列,也即擴(kuò)頻序列(SpreadSequence)調(diào)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)頻譜擴(kuò)展后再進(jìn)行傳輸。接收端則采用相同的編碼進(jìn)行解調(diào)及相關(guān)處理,恢復(fù)出原始信息數(shù)據(jù)。 擴(kuò)頻通信系統(tǒng)與常規(guī)的通信系統(tǒng)相比,具有很強(qiáng)的抗人為干擾,抗窄帶干擾,抗多徑干擾的能力,并具有信息隱蔽、多址保密通信等特點(diǎn)。 現(xiàn)場可編輯門陣列FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)提供了極強(qiáng)的靈活性,可讓設(shè)計者開發(fā)出滿足多種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的產(chǎn)品。FPGA所固有的靈活性和性能也可讓設(shè)計者緊跟新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的變化,并能提供可行的方法來滿足不斷變化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。 EDA 工具的出現(xiàn)使用戶在對FPGA設(shè)計的輸入、綜合、仿真時非常方便。EDA打破了軟硬件之間最后的屏障,使軟硬件工程師們有了真正的共同語言,使目前一切仍處于計算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(CAD)和規(guī)劃的電子設(shè)計活動產(chǎn)生了實(shí)在的設(shè)計實(shí)體論文對擴(kuò)頻通信系統(tǒng)和FPGA設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究,并且用Altera公司的最新的FPGA開發(fā)平臺QuartusII實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個基帶擴(kuò)頻通信系統(tǒng)的發(fā)送端部分,最后用軟件Protel99SE設(shè)計了相應(yīng)的硬件電路。 該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計主要分為兩個部分。第一部分是用QuartusII軟件設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)的VHDL語言描述代碼,并對系統(tǒng)中每個模塊和整個系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的功能仿真和時序時延仿真;第二部分是設(shè)計了以FPGA芯片EP1C3T144C8N為核心的系統(tǒng)硬件電路,并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)測試,完成了預(yù)定的功能。

  • 基于ARM的智能家居控制系統(tǒng)

    近年來,隨著電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,消費(fèi)電子產(chǎn)品(Consumer Electronics)已與計算機(jī)(Computer)、通信(communicATion)兩項(xiàng)產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)結(jié)合在一起,成為目前所統(tǒng)稱的3C產(chǎn)品,并使家用電子電器產(chǎn)品步向智能家居的方向。但是目前大多數(shù)智能家居系統(tǒng)其控制器一般由8位或16位的單片機(jī)控制,其控制功能比較簡單,很難實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和無線傳輸,對于未來的智能家居系統(tǒng)的擴(kuò)展性也比較有限。本文針對目前國內(nèi)智能家居系統(tǒng)的局限性,提出一種基于嵌入式處理器ARM平臺以及以太網(wǎng)和GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)的智能家居系統(tǒng),它不僅能對小區(qū)內(nèi)住宅的安全狀況進(jìn)行實(shí)時監(jiān)控,還能實(shí)現(xiàn)家用電器的遠(yuǎn)程控制、“三表”(即水表、電表、燃?xì)獗?的遠(yuǎn)程抄送。同時該系統(tǒng)還提供了規(guī)范的串行通信接口,對于未來的系統(tǒng)的擴(kuò)展提供了廣闊的空間。 本文首先詳細(xì)的介紹了ARM處理器及嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)uClinux的發(fā)展概況,接著討論了GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)的工作原理,最后給出了智能家居控制系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計和軟件設(shè)計。該智能家居系統(tǒng)的硬件主要包括ARM主控模塊的選型、報警I/O電路設(shè)計、以太網(wǎng)接口電路設(shè)計、圖像處理模塊電路和“三表”的串行口電路組成。軟件上主要包括uClinux在S3C4510上的移植、圖像采集與壓縮程序、以太網(wǎng)驅(qū)動及通訊程序、RS-485串行接口程序、GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信程序和報警I/O接口程序。 該系統(tǒng)主要部分包括小區(qū)內(nèi)住宅的安防監(jiān)控,GPRS無線智能家電的遠(yuǎn)程控制和無線報警以及抄表的遠(yuǎn)程傳送。利用當(dāng)前較為成熟的GPRS技術(shù)和以太網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)對小區(qū)內(nèi)用戶進(jìn)行集中安防監(jiān)控與管理,同時給出了系統(tǒng)的功能和結(jié)構(gòu)以及硬件原理框圖和軟件設(shè)計思路及主要程序。
