  • 基于ATmega8的雙軸太陽跟蹤器設(shè)計(jì)

    為提高太陽能的利用率,以ATmega8單片機(jī)為控制核心,設(shè)計(jì)了一套光電跟蹤與視日運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡跟蹤互補(bǔ)控制的雙軸太陽跟蹤器。該跟蹤器在晴天時(shí),利用光敏電阻采集光強(qiáng)判斷太陽位置,控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)光電跟蹤;在陰天時(shí),采集時(shí)鐘器件PCF8583的時(shí)間信息,計(jì)算當(dāng)前太陽位置來實(shí)現(xiàn)視日運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡跟蹤。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:該太陽跟蹤器能在不同天氣狀況下對(duì)太陽進(jìn)行較準(zhǔn)確地跟蹤,能量接收效率提高了30%,達(dá)到充分利用太陽能的目的。 Abstract:  To improve the utilization rate of solar energy,a kind of solar tracking controller which effectively combined the sun angle tracking and photo electric tracking based on ATmega8is deSigned.In the sunny days,the solar tracking con-troller determines the sun's position by using photosensitive resistances to collect light intensity and control stepper motors to achieve photo electric tracking,n cloudy days,it collects clock chip PCF8583time information to calculate the current position of the sun and achieve the sun angle tracking.Experimental results show the solar tracking controller accurately tracks the sun in different weather conditions,improves received energy efficiency by30%and reaches the purpose of full use of solar energy.

  • 基于單總線式無線溫度采集系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

    為提高溫度測量效率,降低系統(tǒng)的成本,擴(kuò)展傳輸距離,設(shè)計(jì)出一種新型溫度采集系統(tǒng)。單片機(jī)通過控制具有單總線方式的溫度傳感器DS18B20實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)溫度的測量,同時(shí)單片機(jī)通過控制具有單總線方式300~450MHz頻率范圍內(nèi)的MAX7044與MAX7033無線發(fā)射與接收芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度數(shù)據(jù)的無線傳輸。與傳統(tǒng)溫度采集系統(tǒng)相比,該系統(tǒng)利用單總線方式連接,采用無線傳輸方式實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離通信,易于系統(tǒng)的集成與擴(kuò)展。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、方便移植,能夠同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)多達(dá)上百點(diǎn)溫度的測量與500m范圍的傳輸。 Abstract:  To improve the temperature measurement efficiency and reduce system cost,expansion of transmission distance,a new type of temperature acquisition system is deSigned.Microcontroller controlled temperature sensor DS18B20which has a single-bus achieves temperature measurement,while microcontroller by controlled the MAX7044and MAX7033chip with a single-bus and having300~450MHz radiofrequency to achieve the wireless transmission of temperature data.Compared with conventional temperature acquisition system,the system uses single-bus connected,and uses wireless transmission means to achieve long-distance communications,easy-to-system integration and expansion.The experimental results show that the system is simple,convenient transplantation,and can be implemented in as many as a hundred-point temperature measure-ment and the transmission range of500meters.

    設(shè)計(jì)一種基于P89V51RD2的功率因數(shù)測量儀,采用光電隔離器和專用數(shù)碼管驅(qū)動(dòng)器。該測量儀是以增強(qiáng)型單片機(jī)P89V51RD2為核心,大大簡化系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)。而軟件部分采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)思想,采用中值濾波和小數(shù)補(bǔ)償算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)功率因數(shù)的高精度測量。實(shí)驗(yàn)測試表明,該功率因數(shù)測量儀測量精度高,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠。 Abstract:  A power-factor measurement instrument based on P89V51RD2is deSigned,which uses optical coupler and specific LED drive chip.The power factor measurement instrument uses P89V51RD2as a core of which greatly simplifies the system design.Furthermore,modularization software is developed in detail.The high precision power-factor measuring system is realized by the center value filter and fractional compensation algorithm.Experiments manifests that the power- factor measurement instrument is high precision,steady and reliable.

    介紹一種基于C8051單片機(jī)的動(dòng)態(tài)心電監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)由兩部分組成:以C8051F320單片機(jī)為核心的數(shù)據(jù)采集裝置和以PC機(jī)為平臺(tái)的分析處理系統(tǒng)。硬件電路功耗低,由單片機(jī)自帶的USB接口將數(shù)據(jù)傳送給PC機(jī)。軟件平臺(tái)采用LabVIEW可視化虛擬儀器系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺(tái),將傳統(tǒng)儀器的功能模塊集成到計(jì)算機(jī)中,用戶可通過修改虛擬儀器的程序改變其功能。采用USB接口實(shí)時(shí)傳輸心電數(shù)據(jù),并將數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊設(shè)計(jì)為計(jì)算機(jī)外設(shè),使該系統(tǒng)高速快捷、小巧便攜。 Abstract:  In this design,a low-cost ECG electrocardiogram monitoring system is introduced,which consists of two parts:data acquisition device based on C8051F320and PC terminal as the analysis and processing system.The system is low-power consumption,the data is transmitted to the PC terminal by USB interface of the C8051F320.By using the visible virtual instrument system developing platform LabVIEW,the traditional instruments function modules are integrated into the computer,so the user can modify virtual instrument software to change its function to meet their needs.Using USB in-terface to realize real-time ECG data transmission,in addition,ECG data acquisition module is deSigned as the computer peripheral,which makes the syetem high-speed and portable.

       設(shè)計(jì)一種基于AT89C52的語音錄放系統(tǒng),利用單片機(jī)、ISD2560語音錄放器件、麥克風(fēng)、揚(yáng)聲器等元器件實(shí)現(xiàn)硬件電路的設(shè)計(jì),并利用C51高級(jí)語言設(shè)計(jì)ISD2560器件控制字的寫入和定時(shí)中斷程序。經(jīng)軟硬件調(diào)試,結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)錄放效果良好,具有一定的工程實(shí)用價(jià)值。 Abstract:  Voice recording and playback system based on AT89C52is deSigned in this paper.Using the single-chip microcomputer,voice recording and playback chip ISD2560,microphone and speaker to realize the hardware circuit design.Writing ISD2560control words and timing interrupt procedures are deSigned by C51advanced language.Through the hardware and software test,voice recording and playback system play better voice,and this system has some engineering practical values.

  • 基于C8051F310的山路轉(zhuǎn)彎預(yù)防警示系統(tǒng)

    針對(duì)盤山路存在的轉(zhuǎn)彎盲區(qū),即在轉(zhuǎn)彎時(shí)司機(jī)無法得知彎路對(duì)面是否有車輛通過,設(shè)計(jì)一種基于C8051F310的山路轉(zhuǎn)彎預(yù)防警示系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)利用一階濾波算法檢測山路轉(zhuǎn)彎時(shí)是否有車輛通過。運(yùn)用該算法可增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)檢測的實(shí)時(shí)性,提高檢測機(jī)動(dòng)車輛的靈敏度,同時(shí)大大減少環(huán)境溫度對(duì)檢測的干擾。試驗(yàn)表明該系統(tǒng)能夠正確指示出在山路轉(zhuǎn)彎時(shí)是否有車輛通過,目前該系統(tǒng)已安裝在盤山路上,可大大減少事故的發(fā)生率。 Abstract:  Aiming at passing hilly road,there is a turn blind spot.Motormen usually do not know if the passing of vehicles pass the road.So a system of defending accident on hilly road is deSigned,which is based on MCU C8051F310.The sys-tem uses the first-order filter algorithm to detect whether there are passing vehicles.This algorithm enhances the real-time detection and improves the sensitivity of detection vehicles.Meanwhile,it reduces the detection interference of environmen-tal temperature.The experimental results show that this system can exactly indicate if there are passing vehicles.At present,the system has been successfully applied to hilly road.The system can greatly decrease accident.

At the same time,it can be solely run a long time in virtue of SD card in field.The date aequisition device features low cost,simple structure and little sharp, and it has been used in industry field.

    為了解決磁放大器性能測試過程中,需要對(duì)其供給不同數(shù)值恒定電流的問題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于DAC7512和單片機(jī)的數(shù)控恒流源系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用AT89C51作為主控器件,將計(jì)算機(jī)發(fā)送的電流控制字命令轉(zhuǎn)換為D/A轉(zhuǎn)換器控制字,通過模擬SPI通信接口,寫D/A控制字到DAC7512,從而控制其輸出相應(yīng)數(shù)字電壓值,經(jīng)差動(dòng)縮放電路、電壓/電路變換電路和功率驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,最后輸出恒定電流。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,恒流源輸出電流調(diào)節(jié)范圍為-45~+45 mA、精度為±0.1 mA,分辨率達(dá)0.024 4 mA,具有應(yīng)用靈活,外圍電路簡單,可靠性高的特點(diǎn)。該數(shù)控直流恒流源也可為相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的測試系統(tǒng)研發(fā)提供參考。 Abstract:  In order to solve the need to supply different values constant current for the magnetic amplifier in testing process, numerical control constant current source system was deSigned based on DAC7512 chip and microcontroller technology. The system used the AT89C51 as the main chip, which can convert the current control word from computer into to D/A control words. And the system wrote D/A control word into the DAC7512 chip to control the output voltage value by the SPI communication interface, which can output corresponding constant current figures by scaling circuit, the V/I converter and power drive circuit. Experimental results show that the current source output current adjustment range is -45~+45mA, accuracy is ± 0.1mA, and resolution ratio is 0.024 4mA
