  • 基于8086 CPU 的單芯片計算機系統的設計

    本文依據集成電路設計方法學,探討了一種基于標準Intel 8086 微處理器的單芯片計算機平臺的架構。研究了其與SDRAM,8255 并行接口等外圍IP 的集成,并在對AMBA協議和8086 CPU分析的基礎上,采用遵從AMBA傳輸協議的系統總線代替傳統的8086 CPU三總線結構,搭建了基于8086 IP 軟核的單芯片計算機系統,并實現了FPGA 功能演示。關鍵詞:微處理器; SoC;單芯片計算機;AMBA 協議 Design of 8086 CPU Based Computer-on-a-chip System(School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Heifei University of Technology, Hefei, 230009,China)Abstract: According to the IC design methodology, this paper discusses the design of one kind of Computer-on-a-chip system architecture, which is based on the standard Intel8086 microprocessor,investigates how to integrate the 8086 CPU and peripheral IP such as, SDRAM controller, 8255 PPI etc. Based on the analysis of the standard Intel8086 microprocessor and AMBA Specification,the Computer-on-a-chip system based on 8086 CPU which uses AMBA bus instead of traditional three-bus structure of 8086 CPU is constructed, and the FPGA hardware emulation is fulfilled.Key words: Microprocessor; SoC; Computer-on-a-chip; AMBA Specification

    基于LabVIEW和單片機的空調溫度場測量系統的研究:室內溫度是空調系統舒適性的重要指標,對其及時、準確地測量顯得非常重要。介紹單片機AT89C51 和數字式、單總線型溫度傳感器DS18B20 組成矩形測量網絡采集空調室內40 點溫度,LabVIEW作為開發平臺,二者之間通過串口實現數據通信,利用LabVIEW強大的數據處理和顯示功能對采集的空調溫度場數據進行實時處理、分析和顯示,詳細介紹了系統的硬件結構和軟件模塊的設計方案。關鍵詞:單片機;DS18B20 ;LabVIEW;串行通信 Abstract : Temperature is a very important criterion of air condition system′s comfort , so it is very significant to measure it accurately and real timely. This paper int roduces a data acquisition system of measuring 40 point s temperature for air condition room based on single wire digital sensor DS18B20 and microcont roller AT89C51 which are composed of rectangle measuring meshwork. The data communication between LabVIEW and microcont roller is executed via serial port ,and the temperature field data of air condition room are processed analyzed and displayed on LabVIEW.   • 基于PIC單片機的低功耗讀卡器硬件設計

    基于PIC單片機的低功耗讀卡器硬件設計:本文提出了一個完整的基于串口的智能讀卡器子系統設計方案并將其實現。讀卡器的設計突出了小型化的要求,全部器件使用貼片封裝。為了減小讀卡器的體積,設計中還使用了串口竊電的技術,使用串口信號線直接給讀卡器供電。為此,讀卡器使用了省電的設計,采用了省電的集成電路,并大膽簡化了許多傳統的設計電路。關鍵字: 讀卡器, 單片機, 串口竊電 Abstract: This paper aims to put forward a complete design of Smart IC card reader based onSerial Port and propose the way of realizing it for the purpose of Network Security. SMD isadopted to make Smart IC reader smaller in this design. To reduce the volume of Smart ICreader, Serial Port powered technology is employed to get power from the signal line of Serial Port.   • USB Demonstration for DK3200 w

    The μPSD32xx family, from ST, consists of Flash programmable system devices with a 8032 MicrocontrollerCore. Of these, the μPSD3234A and μPSD3254A are notable for having a complete implementationof the USB hardware directly on the chip, complying with the Universal Serial Bus Specification, Revision1.1.This application note describes a demonstration program that has been written for the DK3200 hardwaredemonstration kit (incorporating a μPSD3234A device). It gives the user an idea of how simple it is to workwith the device, using the HID class as a ready-made device driver for the USB connection.IN-APPLICATION-PROGRAMMING (IAP) AND IN-SYSTEM-PROGRAMMING (ISP)Since the μPSD contains two independent Flash memory arrays, the Micro Controller Unit (MCU) can executecode from one memory while erasing and programming the other. Product firmware updates in thefield can be reliably performed over any communication channel (such as CAN, Ethernet, UART, J1850)using this unique architecture. For In-Application-Programming (IAP), all code is updated through theMCU. The main advantage for the user is that the firmware can be updated remotely. The target applicationruns and takes care on its own program code and data memory.IAP is not the only method to program the firmware in μPSD devices. They can also be programmed usingIn-System-Programming (ISP). A IEEE1149.1-compliant JTAG interface is included on the μPSD. Withthis, the entire device can be rapidly programmed while soldered to the circuit board (Main Flash memory,Secondary Boot Flash memory, the PLD, and all configuration areas). This requires no MCU participation.The MCU is completely bypassed. So, the μPSD can be programmed or reprogrammed any time, anywhere, even when completely uncommitted.Both methods take place with the device in its normal hardware environment, soldered to a printed circuitboard. The IAP method cannot be used without previous use of ISP, because IAP utilizes a small amountof resident code to receive the service commands, and to perform the desired operations.

    The MC68HC05K0 is a low cost, low pin countsingle chip microcomputer with 504 bytes of userROM and 32 bytes of RAM. The MC68HC05K0 isa member of the 68HC05K series of devices whichare available in 16-pin DIL or SOIC packages.It uses the same CPU as the other devices in the68HC05 family and has the same instructions andregisters. Additionally, the device has a 15-stagemulti-function timer and 10 general purposebi-directional I/0 lines. A mask option is availablefor software programmable pull-downs on all ofthe I/O pins and four of the pins are capable ofgenerating interrupts.The device is ideally suited for remote-controlkeyboard applications because the pull-downs andthe interrupt drivers on the port pins allowkeyboards to be built without any externalcomponents except the keys themselves. There isno need for external pull-up or pull-down resistors,or diodes for wired-OR interrupts, as these featuresare already designed into the device.
